I have been bringing my three children to Dr Breña Desai since 2014. It’s unfortunate that I’ve been as loyal as I have to her for all of these years bc she’s only interested in money and not the health of our children. My children have all contracted Covid-19 and of course the responsible thing to do is to quarantine and reach out to their pediatrician for some type of support. Assuming that doctors are meant to help sick people/ children- well not her. She can care less. She’s done nothing to help the children in this situation and there have been others in the recent past. My 7 yo autistic, non-verbal son has bad intermittent asthma and she refused to send the albuterol for his nebulizar treatments. Our dermatologist was so concerned that the box of albuterol was at our local pharmacy in less than an hour. Dr. Desai doesn’t care about the health of our children she’s simply in business for profit. There’s nothing worse than seeing you children suffer with this virus than a pediatrician who doesn’t care to help them. Only a wicked spirited individual could. She has a CLUELESS team of office personnel which makes everything including simple communication a conundrum. I can’t wait to report this office and doctor to the board.

Wait time is ridiculous, minimum 2hrs wait to be rushed out in 5mins. Dr. Desai diagnosis starts at the door when she walks in. She asks if a parent has any questions the minute she walks in even before trying to find what's wrong and reason. If you do have questions or concerns as a parent her facial expression says otherwise. Bad bedside manners . If she does answer any questions, her mind is at two different places( staff and office) she talks between staff and you. Stuff is not trained properly, while checking your child, someone always walks in, mind you this is every time we been there. Answers are never complete, you feel rushed. I'm not sure if she trained her office staff this way to walk out of the room. I do agree with other person review, i don't see why there are good reviews or if these are paid reviews.

So happy I decided to NOT come back to Dr. Desai and her unprofessional staff. She was my son’s doctor from birth in May, and from the first time I met her she is just RUDE. The way she spoke to me was rough and harsh even more so because I was a first time mom who was struggling with post partum depression. On one visit including myself, my son and husband, there were 7 of us in one room. She didn’t take the time explain who the other people in the room were. The staff seems to be different each visit and don’t assist you even when you are the only one standing at the desk waiting to be helped. I’ve changed my pediatrician to Advanced Pediatrics and the service I now receive is spectacular UNLIKE rude and insensitive Dr. Desai. I would NOT recommend her to anyone especially FIRST TIME PARENTS!

Personally as a mother I don’t have a good experience with dr desai. She is very very rude lady never listen anything. If you ask anything she will give very rude response to you. My baby was sick and she doesn’t take care of him. Finally I decided to change the doctor but this time her staff irritates me. I call them daily and requested them to send my child reports because I want to change his pcp now. They make me fool again and again and said they already send but they didn’t send anything. Only thing I can say doctor and staff are worst. Please don’t go there and put your child health in danger. She just need money that’s it she will never take care of your child properly. Extremely. Bad experience. I’m suffering because of her and I don’t want anyone else to suffer.

Dr Desai is a very good doctor. I like when she speaks to my son and daughter to find out what is there complain/ concern. If they leave out anything then I add on. We love doctor Desai. I switched to DD after our pediatrician retired. I agree with the ridiculous waiting time. Last visit we were the only one in the waiting area and were seen after almost hour and half. Staff is the another issue. There is no communication. I love the staff she had before. But with all said, I will continue with the doctor because she is the best. Moreover changing the doctor after she knows my children’s body chemistry is not worth it.

I have never seen a worst doctor. This lady mops the floor with her secretaries and has a horrible actitud. Waiting time is long, she has no patience with kids. She performed a TB test on my kid without my consent and answered to me that she is the doctor and needs no permission. When I told her that my kid gives a false positive reading and that I was informed to dont do that test ever again and instead do a blood work she went cold white scared. That was the moment that she moped the floor with her secretary for not translating well to mi wife according with her. If you are reading this, you have been warned.

waiting time more than an hour. doctor is rude, no knowledge, rushing things up. I will never advice anyone to visit this place. horrible experience. The doctor does not want to listen to your question,she does not answer properly to anything, very arrogant, thinks the question is not reasonable. does not want to give you time,keeps talking to staff while answering you. Rude, untrained staff. very greedy doctor, trying to make unjustified money out of your pocket. I would give zero star if possible. I am sure other reviews are paid. Please avoid this place. dont waste your time.

Rude doctor and very unprofessional , instead of trying to ask politely about childs background she bashes her patient makes them feel uncomfortable, screams at her owns staff for translating . I DO NOT recommend this place she threatens you with child services and does not provide REAL solution TO the health of the patient family history ? Real exams blood work etc would actually help a patience before you bash them . This Doctor need anger management and who ever else experiences this report her to the department of health no child should experience this awful life experience.

Very poor service the doctor runs in and out and tries to rush you after waiting for minimum hour and half after you already had made an appointment. The staff is very rude no sence of what customer service is all about. Don't really know how people are giving these good reviews unless these are paid actors. It's just a money making business to get as many patients in them rush them to leave.

Very bad experience every time. Yesterday I went doctor office and they told me they will send fever medicine for my daughter, but maybe they forgot to send it. Every single time they are doing same thing. We are waiting for doctor long time, but when they come to visit your son or daughter they are rushing to visit another patient.

My daughter needs a eye doctor referral to see the eye doctor but Dr. Desai is reluctant to give referral stating that my daughter do not need referral. But eye doctor said they need referral. This is totally unprofessional and misconduct to my daughter. Do not go this place otherwise you child would be in danger with Dr Deasi.

I have always had good experiences with Dr.Desai. She was my pediatrician for my 3 children. She is a very down to earth person and also blunt person with you. As a parent you should know about your child and I think she has a high expectancy from us as well. Always great service and care for your kids. We recommend her.

My 8 year old daughter doctor from the day she was born. Literally! Dr deasi is kind,honest, and straight forward. Staff are nice.. Office is clean and runs well. Has a patients portal so you can login at home to see child's medical records, make appointments etc. My normally wait time 10-15 mins. I recommend her.

I wouldn’t recommend her simply because she’s all about money. She doesn’t care about the patients, she’s only after money and don’t get me started on the staff. If you need an awesome pediatrician who’s all about taking care of their patients, check out Dr Konstantinos Petinos.

Love this place. They've been caring for my son since birth. He's 5 years old now. I'm the worrying type of parent and would be at their office almost every week for any little thing. They always made room for him and I will continue coming here. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Desai is a worthy doctor with kindness, perseverance and good treatment of patients, who are all children and need her love and affection. I appreciate her perseverance and I am grateful for her work.she is my daughter physician

Brena Desai is excellent doctor. She is listening us carefully and answer each question until we satisfied. Also one day I called her and she returned my call and explain to me what to do.
