It was extremely bad. I called them to make an appointment and the guy told me they have free slot and he took my name and mentioned that he booked the time for me at 20:30 same as what I requested. We went there from a far distance in a very cold weather when we arrived there the guy in the reception said that we are full and your time was for 19:30, I said what??? He mentioned you asked for half pass eight and you are late. We was there at 20:34 and he should me 19:30 in the paper and mentioned half pass twenty. He said a lot of fuller rumor about time zone changes in cz. I mentioned that yes it’s true but my watch is online so my time is correct because it will be updated atomically and he mentioned that he didn’t understand. At the end we realised that he didn’t understand the meaning of “pass”. He misunderstood between pass to twenty and to to twenty. Anyway he told us the nearest free time is at 22 and we should wait for 1:30. He did the mistake and even didn’t apologise. So the manner was unacceptable and awful. Don’t go there even the blowing line was very old and the place is very narrow. Don’t kill your time with them. It’s not recommended at allI should give them 5 negative star unfortunately I can’t, which is so sad. When you visit this restaurant you should be ready for any behaviour

I apologize, I can not recommend this place. We booked 1.5h slot with friends via phone and the staff switched off the bowling computer after 1h, saying that somebody else booked it in the meantime. Of course, nobody appeared and there were 2 free bowling lines following 1h. Moreover the beer was not very good - probably not cleaned tap. I believe, the waiter wanted go home at 9pm, even there were still lots of people at the bar.

Ze začátku se to hůř hledalo je to přímo v hotelu pár zatáček a do sklepa. Doporučuji zeptat se na recepci pokud jdete poprvé. Dráha je fajn, hlavně si nezapomeňte vzít boty, jinak bude obsluha velice nepříjemná po celý zbytek vaší návštěvy. Občerstvení by to taky chtělo něco lepšího, ale za ty peníze si myslím, že je to o fajn podnik. Nejhorší na tom byla nejspíš ta obsluha(pán).

Útulný bowling, kterému všechno kazí nepříliš příjemná obsluha a ceny nedávající smysl. Plzeň za 80,- navíc nedobrá, Sex on the Beach za 150,- bez ledu a snad podle chuti i bez alkoholu. Bowling je naštěstí možné využít na multisportku.

Naprosto unikátní neformální prostředí s velice příjemnou a ochotnou obsluhou, domácí atmosférou, zcela dostačující paletou nápojů a vším, co člověk potřebuje k odpočinku (včetně čistých toalet)!!! Určitě se budu/budeme vracet!!!

Trochu zapadlé, ale pěkné místo. Obsluha milá. Ceny rozumné a pokud jdete se správnou partou, budete se bavit. Jděte minimálně ve třech. Ve dvou to není ono
