Lady at desk was extremely rude and treated me like dirt, bounce is not in operation today and I only could store bags if I had a reservation at the hostel

Después de consultar el lugar en Google fuimos a la ubicación y no existe. Parece ser que reservas y después de todo te envían a otra dirección muy lejos.

Greeted by one of the most miserable, rude receptionists I’ve come across in my life! Also very overpriced (€20 to leave 3 small bags for a few hours).

I used the storage at Radnička 20, Zagreb. It was a 5min walk from the bus station and the drop off/pick up was smooth due to the online booking.

Very easy to use, convenient location. My only suggestion is to consider putting a little sign outside hostel so you know it's inside.

Not a SINGLE luggage locker is in use as of 6/19/2023. None can be used inside and you can put your stuff in but not lock it. Beware.

The luggage storage is located inside Hi Hostel Zagreb. You need to book on the Bounce app which was very quick and easy.

De opslag bevindt zich in het hostel, wat nogal onduidelijk is aangegeven en er werkt echt een enorme hork.
