Please please don’t trust this place to leave your bags. They closed without notice. We missed flights, trains, one friend had to leave the bag to the others and leave. Avoid this unprofessional place. DO NOT TRUST

This place was wonderful. The lady who was there was really friendly, was quick to use Google translate to communicate with us, and helped us buy and set up Sim cards for our travel. Whole process was super easy

Very easy process to store luggage. The staff gives you a tag & takes a photo and helped to reassure me that our luggage wouldn't be mistaken. Used it twice during my stay.

They were pretty nice about storing my luggage, but the address on the app is not correct. It's the store right next to the address given on the app, so watch out for that.
