I went to this battle shop and I was treated like a slum dog. I was on an emergency call while picking up my stuff. The girl (claimed herself manager) took the payment but didn't give me a plastic bag. Since I was was on an important call, I politely pointed plastic bags (since my mask was on she didn't see my facial expression) she literally threw the bag to me. I asked her that is that how she treats her customers. She replied that she does when customers are rude. I had no idea how rude I was with her. Told her that don't judge a book by it's cover. I was on a medical emergency call. I smiled and blessed her for a better life, however, she still remained rude. Terrible customer service. Thanks for making my bad day even worse.

Very rude staff. Lack customer service skills. I recommend other bottle shops in the area with descent and respectful salespeople. I believe descent training (with focus on customer service skills) is needed for the rude woman in this store. Would never go there again and wouldn't recommend.

Expensive and rude. The Asian fellow who works night shifts there has a real attitude problem. Avoid this place and just go to BWS on the other side of railway instead - just 4 mins walk. The pricing is obscure, the place seems fairly dirty as well

Good if they did not close the door leaving few people outside who were on the queue for about 5 minute. Good place and lots of potential to do good business if staff knows about customer service

worst customer experience. Called them before we go to make sure they are open and when we arrived they said closed at 11:50 (google says 12am)
