My husband and I visited BostonPizsa seeking a quiet moment after a tiring day. Upon arrival, we found an open table, sat down, and were promptly taken our order. However, after 15 minutes, an individual approached us claiming that the table was his and that he had just stepped out for a moment. Given that we had already placed our order, the situation seemed even stranger to us. Despite this, we chose to move to avoid confrontations. We noticed that the individual had a small bottle of rum and showed signs of intoxication. Despite his behavior, he was continuously served alcohol at BostonPizsa. The waitress stepped in, asking him not to bother other customers. However, the individual persisted in confronting us. When he decided to leave, he walked erratically outside BostonPizsa, clearly waiting for us. Due to his intimidating behavior, we opted to call an Uber and left. I believe that BostonPizsa should prioritize the safety of its customers, employ more observant staff, and enforce a stricter alcohol policy. There wasn't much staff around, and the poor girl was doing what she could; I don't think it was her fault.

Hit and miss with service and food quality. Dining or ordering from this restaurant is definitely not an every day experience but I’ve found in the few times I have ordered or dined in, the quality is inconsistent. When we dine in the gluten wise pizza crust is cooked right and not burnt. When it’s ordered it is almost always overdone and the burned edges are inedible to me. You pay an absolute premium to enjoy a personal size gluten wise pizza, which is why it’s so irritating to me that they can’t seem to get this right. When I called to talk to a manager about the quality of our skip the dishes order she was so quick to hang up the phone - not even listen and told me I had to take it up with skip the dishes. We all know how well that goes! You NEVER hear back from them. And since this was a mistake in the kitchen at their end with the preparation, I would expect the woman would at least hear me out. A restaurant should be open to feedback despite the method of delivery. They packed our food in a poor way as well. Unappetizing and soggy. For this reason, as it stands this location is a 3/5.

Always enjoyed coming here with the entire family (with 3 young kids). Food quality is always consistent. Waiter/Waitresses are usually friendly towards kids and with positive energy. The place does get busy in the evenings nonetheless, which should tell you that it is a popular spot in the neighbourhood. Sometimes orders get missed but they are always keen to make things right.

Waitresses/waiters are usually friendly towards kids and serve with positive attitude and big smiles. Atreyu was particularly genuine during our last visit.

Bad service was by the sever ( new ) that had the will to be mr Spock yes him and not sense a humor type that server did not see what and why the customer feedback was supposed to be way making her laugh not offending her,even those reg server that are still there knows how the air is put out and they too know sine they had Known the customer well should have seen this was humorous feedback but she took as mr Created the customer service to be in hot water ( meaning bad service and shown have to seen the reason where the punch line is . The other server ( nilgal ( Friday night ) and Armanda Are the two customer favourites server ( yes ) asked these two u see why ( XX strikes ⚾️ )

Dined in on a monday night for some quick dinner, and had a great experience! Nick was our server and provided us with great service! Got some pasta and pizza for sharing, food came out super quick and was delicious. Overall a great experience, worth coming back just for the service alone :)

Went in because I was starving and I know they had deep fried pickles. Was seated and nick was our server. BEST experience I have ever had! He made me whole family laugh and constantly was checking up on us and having great conversation! If anybody goes to bp I hope u have an amazing experience like I had! And the pickles were stunning. It was also was my birthday and let me tell u, nick really made me feel special. He brought out a chocolate explosion with a sparkler!!! Best place ever and the service was the best I’ve seen!

Boston Pizza got it right. We ordered BP for delivery. The food was still warm and well wrapped. Most places are using some kind of paper that loses heat quickly and is soggy. BP has these marvelous container systems. I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccini, and the food was fine. It helps a lot that the food was still warm - huge difference in taste. Tiny cubes of chicken and mushroom. The sauce was thin but edible. I didn't have a high expection because BP is really about pizza. Would I order it again? Yes.

The last time I was in a BP was back before the Panookie was discontinued. Somehow around mid-autumn I was convinced to return. The meal was good but I forget what it was. What I do remember is the experience of learning from our server suggested the Panookie has returned. At that point I knew I had hit up the right BP and my friends were correct in selecting this as their Friday go to place. Another successful evening at Boston Pizza Dalhousie. The Boston Brute with fries was delicious and we love BP fries. We always sit in the lounge and the music is never too loud, thank you for that. Yesterday I came to this resturaunt and order the nachos, Tacos and also a brownie. The iced tea did not taste like iced tea so I switched to pepsi. I ordered a ½ nachos with spicy chicken. I was advised it was not spicy so i asked for extra jalapënos and a bit of buffalo sauce just for a bit of a kick. It came drenched as seen below. I could not eat my entrée much. I finshed with the brownie. When they bill came it was 56 dollars including tip. I gave 2 stars because of a good dessert but I won't be back nor will I ever eat another BP nacho ever again. Thanks BP!!! What a joke!!!

I recently went to this location with a bunch of friends for dinner. I just have to say that Nick is incredible! He was so pleasant and patient with me while I asked him a million questions about the menu and he offered plenty of helpful suggestions! He was very attentive with us and made sure our experience was pleasant! I don't normally leave reviews, but the service I received from Nick needed to be acknowledged! Thank you again Nick!

Stopped by our local BP today, just the two of us on the patio. We had the pleasure of having Angelina as our server. The general manager came out and greeted us with such a warm welcoming, we couldn’t have been happier with the service we got today. Honest to God! Subway a few steps down the way has this place beat by far. I will never return to any Boston Pizza location ever again. I would rather not eat anything then be served the garbage they served me. It's dog food! I feel sorry for the waitresses that just want a pay cheque and have to serve this atrocious food. Waited for a long time to have our order. Pizza was served cold. Pizza was dry like toast. Giving 2 stars for the food as the taste was not all that bad but it could have been better if served right. We ended up taking our pizza home to re-heat. Don't think I'll go to this branch again.

one day i woke up and decided to order pizza from this store. guess what! all the toppings are clustered at one place and the toppings are not even stuck on the pizza base. seemed like the cook forgot to put the toppings and later on he noticed and then threw the topping on it. Bad quality pizza here. Note: they threw the green onions like someone just cut the lawn and sprinkled on pizza

When I come up from California to visit Calgary friends, we always end up at Boston Pizza at least a couple of times. While my friends go for the pasta specialties, I always do salads, and Boston Pizza does up a variety of great ones. We're satisfied regular customers. This particular BP was a new one for me. My bud is disabled in a power chair, and they handled that perfectly. No prob.

Stopped in for dinner and had great service. The manager convinced us to have dessert and it was delicious! The panookie was good but a little sweet.
