If you cannot accept customer complaints better don’t come out to do business. Even I stop complaining but I believe that other person also will give complaint. Please take a notice that the last book I bought from your site what I paid was new book price and what I received was a totally cover damaged book . I understand this not cause by your site so I give your site a second chance to replace the order . But after that your site also failed and keep give excuses until I ask for refund. I really don’t understand why such psychological fragility person still can come out to operate a business. I really feel pity for your employees whose working with you.

Went to their pop-up book sale, most books are very old which most probably were donated, the collection was not so great in the book sale, perhaps they have a better collection on their website. Came home feeling disappointed after spending a lot of money on some extremely old tattered books not worth the amount I paid, the billing staff did not know how to do organized billing, counting and recounting feeling confused. They could have easily given me a proper bill, stating how many books were sold at what price, I understand you color coded them, still it’s your job to show how you reached that total, I could have easily taken off the stuff that was not worth buying. Making huge profits on donated books makes no sense. PS: Hi Rachel, while I note that some of the profits were donated, I remember your policy of not accepting books that have foxing marks or the pages of which have turned brown, you pop up sale had most of such books, which obviously were donated, As for your staff, definitely the sale was a bit overstaffed. I wish you luck for many more sales, but please be mindful of overpricing books simply because they have a hard cover, they are still second hand and very old. I could not remember your color coding so well while paying, instead you should have putting number sticker. I regretted buying a few books for a high price. I am glad anyway a 'portion' of it would go to Rumah kids,

Malcom Curtis rocks. Purchasing books on line from across the puddle is always sometimes a challenge. My experience with Books and Bobs was exceptional. My order was processed easily and quickly. The delivery was surprisingly fast. The books were in great shape, better than what I expected. Based on this experience alone I am going to do additional business with Malcolm Curtis and Books and Bob. There is family run business that sells sell secondhand books and music and they do a great job. Based upon what I received I am going to order more. They also have a service where if you were looking for a particular book they will find it for you and just charge you 4 pounds if they are successful. I may ask them to look for some books I have not been able to find.

Very good service by the customer service team. My book parcel was held up in the courier's warehouse and I asked books and bobs if they could check on it. Ash replied my WhatsApp message almost immediately promising swift action, and true enough the problem was solved and I rcved my books on the same day. The books came in excellent condition. I can't be happier. Very good books and effective communication by the team.

WhatsApped the store about selling second hand books. The store requested photos of the books and I kindly provided them with it. Was told to wait about a week for a reply as it was right after Raya week and most staff were still on holidays. Have not heard from them since. Like the least you could do is get back and say we aren't interested, Instead of just ghosting the chat. Would give a 0/5 if I could.

Im so happy to have found BnB! I got the one book I was looking for along with a whole stack of books I simply had to have! The biggest thrill this round was 4 v good condition copies of Julia Donaldson picture books, 2 were absolute classics. The seller is v kind and professional and quick to answer questions. Now her business has grown quite well; I think she is one of the best second-hand book sellers and her staff are very helpful.

I have been buying from this bookstore for a while now. Most of their books are a lot cheaper and the customer services are ready to help and assist you. They always give you free bookmarks & alcohol swabs with every purchase too. A good experience and will definitely buy more from them soon!
