I love a neighborhood bookshop. I live pretty close so I'll be spending lots of time and money here, and I look forward to socializing in the context of some book clubs or such.
Lovely little bookshop with a great selection of books (including sci fi and fantasy). They also run regular talks. Owner is very friendly and you can feel the passion here!
