This is the best used bookstore in the Khao San Road area. There are a wide range of used books (wrapped in plastic) that are well organized, in pretty good condition, and reasonably priced. Unless indicated on the price tag, you can return your books after you read them and you can also sell your old books. The shop has two levels. They cater to a variety of languages, but do not have Thai books. I was very impressed with the quality and variety of the books they have on sale here. Dasa Book Cafe and this shop are now my favorite used bookstores in Bangkok.

I have been visiting this shop since in the early 2000's, when the Soi was full of internet cafes and guest houses showing pirated movies all day and night. I had no idea it was called Book Lovers Books. This is my favorite book shop in south-east Asia. I usually end up with 2 or 3 titles whenever I visit. One of the few surviving bookshops in the area, 10+ years ago there was a lot of competition with shops tucked away just off the KSR. Good prices, good selection and a nice family that run the place. All the books are in great condition.

Great selection for such a small store! The girls that work here are sweet and they will give you a decent amount on books that you return to them. I stopped by here probably 5 or 6 times in a month, and they took back all their books for a good price and they bought a few that I had bought elsewhere. Prices are high, but not as high as most used book stores in Thailand nowadays. Mostly in English but a decent, albeit smaller, selection of other languages.

This is a really great little second hand bookstore, think the might have new ones as well. The prices are reasonable and it really is a superb idea with a second hand bookstore! I think my girlfriend said it best when she said "I can't wait to open this plastic cover", the books come wrapped in plastic, which gives a great feel to your experience when you are about to start reading your newly bought perfectly good second hand book!

I have been coming to this little bookshop for years and it has never disappointed me. There is a selection of books in various languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German...). You can buy books or bring yours in to sell (depends on which one and the quality though). There are various genres of books so if you enjoy reading be sure to pass by!

Me encanta, tienen una gran variedad de libros y puedes comprarlos o "alquilarlos". Si decides, tras haberlos leídos, devolverlos, te devuelven parte del dinero. Hay muchos libros originales y otros que son fotocopiados. Las chicas que trabajan allí muy majas! Tienen bastante libros de literatura viajera, también guías.

I love this little store- always getting books for my journey when i am going to Bkk. The staff is super friendly, its well organised, has a good selection of books in plenty of languages on two small floors. Also love that you are encouraged to return the books later, for others to be able to read again.

Always good to find an English book store when traveling foreign countries. I say English book store but there are also lots of French, German and Italian books. Good selection of English books. All used so they're pretty cheap. You also get 50% back if you return after reading.

I love this store, every time I am in Bangkok I pick up a book or two to carry around or give away. You know in a wierd inbetween place like khaosan road youre going to have an interesting assortment of literature to dig through.

I highly recommend going there! The owners were super nice, friendly and helpful. There are many books in different languages from all generes. I found some interesting booms about the Buddhism.

작지만 사랑스러운 헌책방입니다. 영어 책도 많았도, 태국을 비롯한 동남아시아 책, 여행 안내서도 많았어요. 잘 찾아보면 취향에 맞는 옛날 책을 건질 수도 있습니다 :-)
