I consider myself to be quite particular when it comes to arranging a trip, I’m sure Jibraan and the Bon Voyage team would agree. Given the COVID-19 restrictions, I lost count how many times my travel plans had to be adjusted but Bon voyage were very quick to adapt and advise. The trip became more complicated when friends decided to join us, but Bon Voyage were very quick and efficient, they organised every aspect our trip. They planned our Mount Kilimanjaro climb, via the 7 day Machame route with a highly experienced and very capable team supporting us all the way. He purposefully set us up with our guide Philbert. Additionally, BV tailored our safari from to Ngorongoro and Serengeti. I found certain properties we wanted to stay with, and they completed the booking including flights. We had a very knowledgeable guide, Vincent who helped us find many animals, and within the first few hours we managed to see the big 5. By the end of the trip we experienced some incredible sights including the great migration and a few chases. From start to finish Jibraan regularly contacted us with recommendations and asked if we had specific requirements such as game walks or community visits. While there were a few difficulties due to COVID-19 PCR tests and last minute flight cancellation, Jibraan did not disappoint, ensuring we got the most from our trip. Thank you Jibraan for your patience with us. You helped ease our worries of traveling during this uncertain time and made our honeymoon even more special.

I had a safari/holiday in Tz and Zanzibar with Bon Voyage 14th March 2023. Zainab was my contact person. She was excellent in all ways, right from the enquiry, to the planning. She was extremely efficient, offered advice and above it all was patient with me through the several changes that I made before the final itinerary. I did not have to worry about anything. The flight bookings, transfers, activities were all planned so smoothly. I must say the whole holiday experience exceeded my expectations and I credit this to Zainab who made sure she did the best to align everything. Our stay was an excellent break from winter. We stayed in an ocean front villa, the views and sound from the Great Indian Ocean of zanzibar were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic swahili dishes and excellent service at the Restaurant. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staffs were very diligent and attentive, professional and very friendly. There is biking, trolley tours, and opportunities to learn about shrimping in Nungwi.A wonderful mini-vacation!
