In utter disbelief at this place. First tried to make me get a mortgage with them “best around” according to them. To then be told very rudely I couldn’t have one (little did they know I already had one) few months later asked me to try again. They act so nice I couldn’t say no ... said the same thing again made me look like a right idiot. Then I was off away and this being the convinenent post office I changed my currency with them and then when I got there I found out they had given me the wrong currency. I landed late at night so that was 16 hours without food (did they care ?) don’t be silly. Just brought the money back and the four eyed one decided to try and offer £60 less then what I paid ... for his mistake. And he did it with a smirk of course. Because of what a horrible person he is.

A stamped addressed envelope containing my passport and a renewal application was left with the person at the shop till (not at the Post Office counter) but never received by the Passport Office. It has probably been lost or stolen by the Post Office service somewhere along the line. Not happy. Have reported it. Sharing this in the hope that no-one else will suffer the same fate. Send it recorded delivery.

It's actually a WH Smith Local. I've been in here a few times now, whenever I've needed to post stuff to family in Australia. Always very helpful and friendly, which is the reason I tend to use them rather than my local post office in Mere Green. Also, doesn't tend to have the large queues that I'm used to. Another big plus when you're in a rush.

Absolutely very satisfied with the service, I went to many post office and they didn’t know how to do road tax with form V62. However when I went to boldmere post office Jitesh the man with beautiful suit helped me with my enquiries and I was very glad he did, once again thank you and appreciate your help

Charged a large letter fee for an A5 letter (which is small as per the dimensions stated on the Royal Mail website). I queried why it was so high and was told it was the cheapest cost for the letter (which is demonstrably false). I will be revisiting to demand a refund for the difference.

First Class Post Office in Boldmere. I visit almost on a daily basis and the staff are super attentive and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have the answers if I have a query. Keep up the good work!

Great staff very friendly especially the man in front who always look good with his outfit. In addition the staff at the back tail they help every time i go there glad to have them here in boldmere
