Got charged for a “restyle” but only got a fringe and ends trimmed… I did asked for choppy layers around the front but didn’t get those (assumed it wasn’t included in the “cut and blowdry option, if I knew it was a restyle price I would have asked for more work to be done to actually restyle my hair not trim it). The facilities are nice and the girl who washed my hair was really sweet but just ensure you’re being booked in for exactly what you’ve asked for, I was charged £10 more than expected even though I explained what I wanted on booking and didn’t get that delivered. I probably won’t be returning as re-booked elsewhere to finally get my choppy layers done! Looking at the reviews, I’d only ever ask for Mia if I was you!

Staff are all really nice and the atmosphere itself is relaxing and down to earth. However I wanted a blowdry for an evening occasion as my hairdresser was away and this salon seemed to be getting 5 star reviews. The roller brush got stuck in my hair therefore the hairdresser had to tug and pull on it to get it out, for a good 7 minutes. It was painful, but the hairdresser was really polite so I didn't want to kick up a fuss. The final result was no different to when I wash my hair and blow dry it upside down. As I was running late I didn't want to start going into discounts or pricing due to the roller and final result. I paid the £30 and left but my head was hurting for a short while after.

I went for the second time for a wash and trim (that was my second time going there for a trim as my first time was ok). I had my hair barely washed and dried with a dirty towel and then brushed with a brush full with other people's hair. I got trim(unevenly as I figured out later when I washed my hair and had to trim the rest myself, even tho I tried to leave it to grow a bit but my hair was falling a lot until I trimmed it). Then my hair was filled with products and then blow dried less then average, not to mention how long it took as he was enjoying his time talking while I have a friend waiting.

Just came out the salon and i want to leave a review straightaway. Lydia was amazing!! She was so friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She made amazing suggestions for the cut I wanted and even offered complimentary deep conditioning and gin and tonic (wow!). So reasonably priced for a student and for a hair salon right in the centre of Bristol as well . This place has definitely become my go-to hairdressers, can’t wait to pop back in again!!

I have had several good experiences but the last one was very disappointing. Mia got annoyed with me because I changed my mind about a particular style half way through. I ended with a mess of a haircut, very uneven. She didn't seem to take into account that my hair was naturally curly so didn't behave like straight hair. I went back to complain but the only thing they offered was another appointment that day which I couldn't do. Not very apologetic.

Fantastic salon! Rich cuts and colours my hair all the time, I have bleach which isn’t the easiest to keep in good condition or get right, especially with the kind of toners I like to have so 100% recommend! THANK YOU MIA! I came in with hair that was about 5 different colours after a home bleach job and wasn't sure what could be done to fix it and ended up leaving super happy with the outcome! Really nice atmosphere in the salon and I felt at ease for the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend !

Really happy everytime I go here! Buster does a great job cutting my curly hair and is the only stylist I know who can dry & style it without it turning into a frizz ball. I've had colour here in the past which was absolutely spot on. Really friendly, local and independent business. Thanks guys!

Fantastic. Today they helped me fix an earlier, inferior cut. The staff were warm and gracious and am thrilled with their work. Only bad point was I forgot to tip! My mind was elsewhere. I'll make sure I reward them for their hard work next time. 10/10.

Really lovely hairdressers with a welcoming environment. My 3yo is nervous when having his hair cut, Buster was brilliant with him and the cut looks SO good. A miracle considering the amount of toddler wriggling!
