I’m very disappointed with this place. Today was my first experience here with Danny. I came in with dip already done but I had a broken nail due to the other nail places neglect. I told him my experience and how I had surgery in October and had to cut all my nails off for it and I have been growing them back since and was disappointed that I will have a fake nail. He was doing a great job until he proceeded to clean under my nails with the machine , he started with my left hand and as I looked down I realized that he’s actually sanding away my really nails. I took a look at them and asked why did he do that as I just told him I’m trying to grow my nails so I can stop putting extensions. He said don’t worry they will grow fast, I told him I’ve been growing them since October and this was the result. He asked if I wanted to keep the right hand as is and I said “ well you already ruined my left hand, I can’t have one real and one fake hand ” he said don’t worry next time it’ll be your real names with dip, I said well no because you just shaved them all down. He knew I was upset and proceeded to give me compliments throughout the rest of the appointment(e.i - nice eye tattoo, just like your real eyes… I really love your hands and your hand tattoos, should I get tattoos on my hands like you?. , maybe thinking that it’ll make me feel better but if anything it made me feel very uncomfortable. They even charged me full price at the end. I will never go back here and do not recommended Danny.

Although Blossom Salon Spa offers a variety of services, it's certainly a great place to get a haircut! I thoroughly enjoy their cleanliness, courtesy, and exceptional customer service. The staff are attentive to their space and keep it very clean, which creates a comfortable environment, and my preferred hair stylist (Michelle) is always great to talk to. Conversations certainly vary, but it's nice to know you can feel safe talking about your day-to-day or to sit quietly and enjoy your cut (or whatever aesthetic service you're attending for)! As per their customer service, I say exceptional because the staff will reach out if earlier appointment times open up and allow for booking via. instant messaging, which is incredibly helpful if you're typically busy and can save time in your day and if you may not be able to get through by phone call. I've been attending Blossom Salon Spa since moving to Ottawa in 2016, and it's one of those places where - if you move a little further into the city - you wouldn't mind making the extra commute to!

I had my eyebrows tatood yesterday by Michelle and can't say enough good thing about her. She is very friendly and professional, spent time designing my brows to suit my face, and then started to work. She checked with me many times to make sure I wasn't in to much pain and would apply a numbing cream several times. The eyebrows came out beautifully and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an eyebrow tattoo to speak with Michelle. If this wasn't enough Michelle contacted me today to see how it was going and to review the aftercare tips I should follow to make sure her hard work was a success. You just can't ask for better customer service. I also had a pedicure with Tina, and there is nowhere I have ever gone that can do it as well as Tina. Thank you both for such great care.

I've been coming here for years but no more. The last time I was in, the woman cutting my hair made deeply racist and Islamophobic comments the whole time. She praised me for having more children (I was pregnant at the time) because we need to compete with the Muslims who, according to her, will out number us soon. She also complained about the Muslim population of her neighbourhood, saying it would soon look like the middle East if we don't start out numbering them. I absolutely could not get out of there fast enough. The hair cuts have always been great but this particular hair cut was a gong show. After all that vile racism, she couldn't even make my hair look good. I gave one star because I can't give zero

I have been going to this salon for several years. Michelle and her team are experienced in providing professional service. This salon is unassuming from the outside but spacious and professional on the inside. Michelle is talented and creative when it comes to my hair and I am always happy with the outcome (and Im picky!). My whole family now goes to Michelle for haircuts.My son is 30 and no one can cut his poker straight hair as beautifully as she can. Her schedule fills up quickly so make an appointment. My daughter and I (and my hubby too) take advantage of their excellent nail care. Everything is clean and spotless and the nail techs always do a great job. Thank you for taking care of all of us!

I have been going here for around 5 years now. I’ve finally found a hairdresser that listens to me and does exactly what I came for or even better! I feel beautiful every time I leave. I have had experiences in the past where all will go well for a year or so and then suddenly my hairdresser goes rogue, does her own thing and I walk out feeling so ugly. This has never happened here. Michelle is an amazing hairdresser who truly listens and cares about her clients. She is an expert at colouring too! I get highlights and get compliments on my colour all the time. Prices are reasonable as well which is a bonus. Cannot recommend enough!

Although I have only ever gone twice each time I was met with amazing customer service. The one who did my nails is Danny, he has been doing nails for 20 years and always does it 100x better than the pictures I have showed him! The costs are fair considering the time, effort and experience the employees have. Even if you are spending a few dollars more than your typical salon it is definitely worth it considering they are such patient, generous, hardworking people. If you haven’t already I highly recommend their experiencing their services for yourself. Thank you Blossom Park Salon I will definitely be going back!

I love this salon! I have known them for years, and I love all the services! This is a family salon so they will treat you like a family! I have had from males to females stylists that cut my hair and never have any complaints! I have made so many appointments and canceled on them (because I have 2 babies and not so easy to go out now a day! ) but they never complained! I love to get hair washed there, they gave good head massages. I recommend this salon, you can come in one day and get your hair, nails and facial all done in the day! They always done a fabulous job!

I have to write this review because I saw about Muslim review! My wife works there for about 10yrs! I have never hear any racist comments or anything bad about Muslim (I am Muslim myself). They usually gave good comments on my features! They’re always friendly, and very nice people! They treat us like their family members. They always jokes and made me laugh when I come. Never heard any negative when I came there, or any complaints from my wife when she comes home! So I hope that this will help anyone that have doubts about them!

I have been to many places around Ottawa for my nails but as soon as I found this place I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Every time Danny does my nails they look perfect and I get compliments on them everywhere I go. I have also been getting waxed here for years and Michelle makes you feel so comfortable and distracts you so naturally that you don’t feel anything! I went in for pedicures with my mom (who is a regular) and my 9year old, her 1st! Lee was absolutely amazing with her. Explained what he was doing and told her laughing out loud was ok if it tickled! It had been years since I'd been because we lived out of province. I went in, and got a hug from Vicki! It's like you're part of their family! All the staff are amazing, and do great work. I’ve been coming to blossom salon spa for many years now. My mom had introduced me to Michelle saying she’s the best fit to wax my eyebrows, as I’ve had many awful experiences in the past. I now live in Kanata and I still make the commute out to see her because my eyebrows have never looked better. She’s professional, kind, funny and passionate about her craft. She’s the only one I trust to touch my brows!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!!

they are very professional and sweet . i have been to all of the nail salons in ottawa and this one is by far my favourite , the staff is amazing , and the quality of their services is even better. i had my acrylics for over two weeks now and they are still solid. lovely and professional staff

I have been going to this establishment for more than 2 years now They are fantastic! I have my acrylic nails done there every 3 weeks or so. Tina is superb!! ...I also get my hair cut there every 6 weeks or so. They always do each service exactly the way I want. 5 stars across the board!
