Very BAD experience! We’ve visited a lot of food establishment but this is by far the 1st time we’ve experience something like this This is just for AWARENESS and hopefully this will not happen to others.. My wife and I decided to have a late dinner,we arrived there around 1030pm,we called someone and inform that we would like to dine in,the guy mentioned dine in service is no longer available but take out is still open so he gave us a take out menu,we sat down and chat for about 15mins,but then two customers came sat down on our back side,they gave them a DINE IN menu and they ordered…we’re kind of confused at the same time a little bit annoyed..we called the manager,and asked them POLITELY, 1. what happened? 2. are you choosing your customers?.. 3. Is this for real? Staffs explained and say a lot of excuses but at the end admitted and said sorry and apologize ,offered complimentary discount or something for us to stay…but if you were in our position, will you stay?..we decided to decline and will never set foot on their establishment…

I don’t recommend Bloomsbury’s for anyone. I went yesterday and asked for an iced Spanish latte. The drink itself was bland and just tasted like milk. Later on a friend came and asked for a mojito. When I left I told the lady at the counter I wanted to pay for my drink only; 20 dhs which I did in cash. After half an hour when my friend left the same woman told him I hadn't paid and made him pay for both drinks, taking the 20 dhs again. The whole scenario was unacceptable and unprofessional and I don't recommend anyone going there not for service, the food or the environment (considering that the music was also too loud)

My favorite here is the Burnt Basque Cheese Cake it’s soo good! and the Wagyu Beef Tacos, the meat is so good and soft. All of the foods are fresh out from the kitchen. I love the Alfredo poutine cheese fries too! Good job to the chef, all food tastes so good, from desserts till main courses. I hope you continue serving fresh foods in the long run and continue serving the good quality foods. I ordered takeaway for many times and still the food taste so good and they always arrive in my house fresh from the kitchen, you know if the food is fresh or not. Good job guys! please keep it up!

We often eat at this particular Bloomsbury at Silicon Central, and every time we've been there, we've always been happy with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Our favorite is the Burnt End Rice Bowl - A must try. We recently had breakfast at Bloomsbury, where we had the Meat Shakshouka, Pesto Provolene and the Wild Mushroom Scrambled (Photos Added). All really really good, and you cannot go wrong with these or anything else on the menu to be frank.

The place is perfect and the food is amazing .. I’ve been several times in this place but what I didn’t like that the delivery people are sitting outside on the cafe chairs waiting for the orders. This limited the seats for the guests specially outside ——- I came after this review twice and still I found delivery people setting outside the coffee and limiting the space. I spoke to them again and they said we will take action …. After few minutes later . Another rider sitting in the same area … I don’t think am visiting this place again …! I just sit because of my children .. otherwise they lost 1 costumer ..

25.11.2023 First time. Cute cafe serving full meals such as pasta, rice meals, pastries, coffee. Huge serving for the price. The good thing is the mall itself where Bloomsbury is located is not crowded like usual malls since it is still fairly new. The staff who served us is patient and accommodating even if we stayed late and we were there until closing.

Bloomsburry is our favourite brunch destination in Silicon Oasis. The menu offers various options inspired by Middle Eastern and continental cuisine. The place has a clam and relaxed vibe. Since the food is prepared fresh, one should be patient but that is exactly what I like about this place. During our last visit Mr. Njiti was extremely helpful and ensured that we had a great time. Definitely our favourite cafe in the Silicon Oasis.

The place is good in terms of ambience however, the dishes and the contents are not constant. If you order similar dish at different times, you will find difference in the dish. We ordered a take away for Ramen Noodle (without chicken), the greens were raw (not even soft boiled). The size of the broccoli was huge. I had to cut and steam the veggies at home which nullified the purpose of ordering food from outside. If you want to order take away, not the place to order from.

This cafe is one of my top favorite places. I love the atmosphere and the quality of their food is superb. Their staff “Cecile, Rony, Jity, Kartik and Kanchan” are extremely friendly and attentive which makes their service top notch. I am constantly in this place and always recommend it to everyone. Good job to the staff.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impression.I almost never write restaurant reviews, but i met a staff there Mr. Ronit who had to be recognized publicaly. His service was so phenomenal !! Delicious dishes,beautiful presentation and the ambiance is very welcoming and charming.

It’s been almost 7 years since I last had a dessert at Bloomsbury’s and nothing has changed since then. The taste is amazing and the ambience is warm and welcoming. Ronit attended me today and he was very humble and attended to my queries. He suggested me the Belgium chocolate cake and the red velvet cupcake for tasting. He even came to me to ask for my feedback and if I liked them. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Keep up the good work guys.

This place is wow I visit this place for the first time with friends the food was so good and dessert was exceptional the service is so friendly, feel home wish they had a brand in Dubai mall near me but will definitely visit again

We were well treated by Rony and if you are regular customer , You will get lovely surprises from his side in the form of yummiest desert. Food is really good to be honest apart from coffee and cake. Our favorites:- chicken Teriyaki Noodles. Worth a try. Open vibe :)

The Pecan pie was a 10/10, very balanced on the sweet and works well with coffee on the side. The food was good, the customer service was excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable. Also, they accept Fazaa Worth the try.
