Tres mauvaise expérience!! J'ai fait un appel le matin a 8:45. Pour faire une livraison de fleurs a un hôpital ( Charles Le Moine). J'ai placé la commande avec une agente a la clientèle nommé Chloé. J'ai bien pris le temps de demander que la livraison soit complète avant 4h pm ce qui a était confirmé par agente. Durant la journée j'ai fait plusieurs appels pour avoir des informations on ma répondu que on me rappellerai malheureusement ca a jamais était le cas . A 2h pm jai recu un email pour me dire que les fleurs étaient en transit, j'ai contacté encore une fois et on ma répondu que les fleurs sont en chemin avant 4h . A 5h je reçois un email me disant que les fleurs sont livrées. Je contacte le service à la clientèle et me répondent que les fleurs sont avec un Sophie une collègue. Je me retrouve a appelé le service a la clientèle et après discussion me disent que vont recontacter le livreur et me rappeler ce qui a jamais était le cas . Entre temps les fleurs ne ont jamais était livré a la bonne personne et j' ai aucune idée ou elle sont !!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY'RE THIEVES! Not to mention how rude the customer service is. They just hang up on you if you ask for a refund or decent service! They NEVER delivered my package which was a birthday present and they RUINED MY SURPRISE. After FOUR HOURS of arguing, they said they're refunding my money. 10 days later, nothing. I called again, their manager said they can either RESEND the package (10 days after the birthday) OR they can give me gift card. I told them I already had a terrible experience with them and don't wanna deal with them anymore, just give me my money, I've never got anything! Not only they ruined my surprise for my friend, and wasted my time, they lied to me, too. It was a $150 package. I'm a student and every cent matters to me. I work hard for my money. I am filing a court report. They think they can get away with just taking people's money and not giving them the product. This is modern stealing.

Don't buy flower from them. They had the worst customer service. They don't care if it's a big event. They won't do anything for you. I asked to change the address because their system has put my Bill address to deliver address, with I know I did put my mom's address. Well, I call the customer ligne service, they don't care. They told me that I have to pay again $90. And too bad, if my mom didn't receive her gift on her birthday. That's my only way to show her my love because I lived 4.5 hours and have busy work. Maybe they are a big company and have a lot of choices, but seriously, I choose them for that. I regretted it. Next time, I would go for a local shop, because they care about the presentation of the flower and want to offer us the best experience and memory. Because, why would we buy flower if is not to create memory?

Est-ce une blague ? Ma mère m’a offert un bouquet de roses et de lys pour ma fête à 100$. Le jour de la livraison, on me dit qu’ils n’ont pas les fleurs du bouquet, qu’ils feront un équivalent. Plus tard dans la même journée, on me dit que le camion de livraison est déjà sorti, que je recevrai demain mon bouquet initial. Quelle surprise de voir un bouquet QUI N’EST PAS CELUI COMMANDÉ. Trois roses, trois marguerites et des œillets ? Des fleurs fanées ? J’ai déjà la « chance » de les avoir reçues comparé aux autres commentaires mais cela s’appelle de l’escroquerie !! De plus, le vase commandé a déjà été utilisé et est SALE. Je suis choquée, c’est inacceptable. Et ces personnes encaissent notre argent, je suis dégoûtée que des voleurs aient le droit d’exercer.

Je valide auprès de mon amie lundi vers 11 hrs si elle avait reçu q q chose réponse non Je téléphone chez bloomex Mme elle sera livré dans 45 minutes maximum Ok Vers 15 hrs je re valide auprès de mon amie tjs rien Je rappel et on me raccroche la ligne pour ne pas me répondre. Je rappel et exige des nouvelles on me dit oui oui votre amie aura sa livraison avant 18hrs Il est20hrs09 et ma surprise est gâché car tjs aucune livraison Cliente Guylaine couture Commande 403142

Very pleased with my experience (however, you can make your site a bit more client friendly for ordering that why instead of ordering on line I called customer service). Did not order before from your company and hope that the flowers I ordered will be fresh and stylish as you describe it on your site

DO NOT buy anything from them! The flowers are of questionable quality (mine died after 3 days). I contacted customer service - they were rude and said they couldn’t do anything for me.
