I was in desperate need of a cut and color and had been wanting to try out Bloom Salon for a while.  I wanted to change the color but was unsure if I should go light or dark so  the ladies at Bloom Salon gave me great advice on a color that went well with my complexion.  I have long, thick hair and it always takes a long time to do.  My hairdresser, Mojgan patiently placed each foil in my hair and added just the right amount of toner to fix my previous hair color.  I left Bloom with a fresh cut and shinning new locks.  All the ladies at the salon made me feel so welcomed from offering me tea and taking pictures of my hair after it was done.  I left feeling on cloud nine!  I love my new hair color and cut and was glad my experience was a positive one.  I definitely would recommend Mojgan for her talent with hair.

I had a great time getting my hair cut. I wanted to cut of as much hair as possible to donate and then have a shorter cut style with the hair left on my head. She cut off about of 18 inches of hair, then wash/condition/style, then did.... something to reduce volume. I'm not sure what the term is for that process. I also bought some hair products for me and my sister based on what she used for me. I feel bad because I made her late for her next appointment. Next time I make an appointment, I'll be sure to mention my hair will need extra time so they can space the appointments accordingly. Thank you, Mahshid, so much for the great cut!

I went here unsure of what to expect as it’s been years since I’ve had a haircut and I grew up going to Supercuts. I am so happy I found this place! Everyone was super nice, the place was very clean, and I currently am wearing the best haircut of my life! Also it is very affordable. Mahshid did the best job on my hair and I walked out feeling new, improved, and refreshed. She definitely knows how to cut thick wavy hair, and she listened to my thoughts and then made some suggestions and it all came out so good. I 100% recommend going here and I can’t wait until I get to go back.

I have tried so many hair salons all over San Diego and am happy to finally have found one that I have kept coming to for the last couple years and will keep going back! What makes this salon special is you can tell the team of hardworking ladies truly care about your experience and love what they do. I have had my hair done by each of the hair stylists and had pleasant experiences with each one. My hair is thick and coarse but they are able to meet my hair goals whether its a challenging cut or color and make sure that I walk out happy and feeling refreshed. Highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I found Penny in the middle of Covid. As a momma to a young toddler, I was very cautious of our health and safety. I was recommended by my MIL, who had just got her hair done by Jenny. She felt so comfortable with how they were handling Covid and clients. I've been seeing Parisa for my skin needs (facials waxing and threading) for over 10 yrs She is a phenomenal Skin expert!! she pampers me & my skin GLOWS for days... I highly recommend her and the team @Bloom. They also offers spray tans and have great packages so you can get a promotional price when you purchase a series. I received the anti aging facial from Parisa on 2/12/20. Upon checking in I was asked if I would like some water. Parisa then led me to a beautiful treatment room with a very comfortable table. The facial was great! From Parisa’s touch, to the extractions to the high quality Rhonda Allison products they use and sell. Before I left, Parisa also gave me a tour of the spa. They also do waxing, threading, spray tanning, micro blading,hair and massage. My experience was A plus from start to finish and I will definitely be returning.

Bloom is absolutely fantastic. I treated myself to a facial which was done by Parisa. She left my face glowing and my skin feeling happy! I also had my eyebrows threaded by her and once she was done they looked thick and beautiful. After my facial, I got a balayage and hair cut from Mahshid. The color came out so well I'm going back for full color! And she layered my hair so that it flows naturally and isn't staggered. I was very pleased with my visit and look forward to going back!

I absolutely loved this spa. It is my first time ever, visiting a spa, and wow. The service was exceptional. Mahshid has the hands of an angel because there was no tugging or pulling on my hair at all. She did a miracle on my super brittle, damaged hair. 10/10 will come back again and will recommend.
