Customer service is really bad in this store!! This incident happent Dec 31 2023.Special mention to their female staff who has a short hair (black hair), I forgot her name. I dont like how she talked to me, thinking that I can't afford to buy their product. She is racist!! . Plus she don't have any idea which item is on sale and not on sale! This lady deserved to received a warning letter from their management! This is the second time she did this to me. Terrible Customer service!! By the way this is the invoice number that I purchased way back october pleas check the person who's on duty that day. She deserved a warning letter! The Quality of the flops , its amazing but the customer service is the lower level ..i have visited Outlet mall in dubai 18/09/2020 around 20h30 to buy a flops but i got a guy that he dont want to do anything , i asked for size the guy he looks to me like a crazy !!! so i left and i got different sport flop 20 times less expensive ...my wife have a flops from the same shop and its the best quality really .

customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff was unhelpful and lack of knowledge, and they didn't seem to care about helping me find the right shoes. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I won't be returning to this store anytime soon.

So bad customer service. They gave me different size and different colored shoe. Now I have to go again to the mall to get this replaced. I am travelling and this is absolutely unacceptable!

Always fake discounts, don’t be fooled. They change the price before the sale and set it at higher price before the sale. Also, same item is sold under different prices in different stores
