This is the wrong place to take your BMW. Stay away at all costs. They use second rate mechanics, who also advertise under a different name, undercutting the very shop they work in. They are incomplete and sloppy, and will return your car in worse shape than they got it. Save yourself the stress of repeat visits for the same issue and go elsewhere for less money. I have a 2006 X5 that needed the driver side door handle carriers replaced, both front and back. The front went out first, so I put it in this shop and it was there for a week. I get the car back and the next morning the driver door lock wont work. I take it back and they, apparently, broke the original door lock and key cylinder so they had to replace it and some other parts which took two weeks. I get it back and it seems to work for about 2 months then the Window regulator fails. They repair the window regulator and in the process damage the window tint. The driver door handle never sat correctly again and after 8 months completely failed. I mention the tint got damaged to Jose, and he said he has a guy I can call to have it replaced. Having to open door from passenger side or open window is annoying after several months…… During this time, as soon as I get the car back from the front door handle carriers being replaced, the drivers side rear door handle carrier failed. I take it to “Bimmer Repair” and they appear to have replaced it, but soon after I have to go back as the door stopped opening, also they failed to replace any missing door clip mounts so the rear door panel just vibrates and makes noise. (Later ‘present day’ -now that I am doing the repairs myself- I discover they actually cracked the door panel and left a 2” hole it. I presume they didn’t expect someone would find it, and had they been better at their job, it may have gone unnoticed. The replaced some of the T20 bolts with other bolts, while others are missing.) After another week in their shop I get the car back and all seems well…. Until 1.5 year later. The left rear door handle carrier has failed again. This time I decide to do the work myself, and upon disassembly I start to see just how shoddy their work is. 1, they tore the vapor barrier on both doors, front and back, in several places, to where some sections are missing, and I am having to replace both. The door handle seals, (both Front and back) were never replaced or placed back on the handles, and they stripped both door handles, so it cannot come out of the door handle carriers without driving them out with a hammer and dowel. Instead of replacing and painting the stripped door handles, they jerry rig them by tapping a hole and using a bolt to hold the handle in place. I would have appreciated they consult me on this, as I would rather wait and have the job done correctly then what ever they decided on their own, which is shoddy at best. And of course I found the aforementioned damaged left rear door panel. I don’t know if Jose is aware his mechanics do shoddy work, but he has no issues charging top dollar for sub standard work.
If you have an older model BMW I’d recommend going elsewhere. I had an idle issue on my 1988 E30 - from what I understand, older BMWs are harder to diagnose. Jose (Service Advisor), who was great at first, recommended a repair that required a part that was on back order. While we waited, I agreed fix a few other items that they recommended (couple thousand of dollars worth of work). Eventually it became clear that the part wouldn’t be available soon so I sourced a brand new one through a reputable seller via eBay. They installed the part and it turned out that the part they thought it needed didn’t fix it. They tried other fixes (more money) only for me to be told to pick my car because there was nothing that they can do. I called around to other repair shops and was able to get someone to help. Turns out that a mechanic that they contracted knew about my car and situation, and recommended a fix that actually addressed the idle issue. So that worked out. My reason for the 1 star is upon picking up my car, I noticed it had been damaged. It was parked in a way for me to overlook it. As pristine as my car is, I understand that accidents happen. How it’s been handled is what upsets me. When I brought it up, Jose promptly acknowledged it and offered to buy the part that was damaged and replace it. That was in October of 2022. I took the car back for an oil change in December of 2022 and arranged with Jose to have them fix the damage while it was there, to which he agreed to. When I took it in, Jose’s demeanor had changed. He was cold and short. I dropped my car off and was told I’d be notified when the car was ready. Later that day I texted to get an ETA since it was getting close to 5pm and was told that the car was ready. I was further told that they had the wrong parts (to fix damage) and that they will need to get with the supplier and have them send in the right parts. It is now March of 2023 and still nothing. No follow ups, texts are ignored. Just terrible business considering I spent thousand of dollars on repairs that were unrelated to why I took it in in the first - which they weren’t even able to fix. Then they damage my car, agree to fix it, then ignore me.
WORST experience for routine service. I read the reviews, received a decent quote and thought "I'm glad I found this place". Made an appointment for 9am (time they open) Monday. Showed up promptly, dropped off my vehicle and to an Uber to work, a fact which I discussed with Norma before leaving my SUV. At 11am Norma called to inform me that the issue identified by the dealership was not the issue with my BMW. She recommended another service which I agreed to have done. At 12:45 I did a status call to discover that service did not address the issue but I would still be charged $100. I asked if they could discount the price if I allowed them to perform the service I originally brought my SUV in for, the issue identified by the dealership. Norma agreed and quoted a $50 charge for the unnecessary service in addition to the actual service I needed. Fine. EXCEPT when I called to check on my vehicle Norma informed me that the shop closed at 6pm (it was 5:53) and my car wouldn't be ready until the next evening. I stressed to her that I needed my car the next morning b/c I was expected in Ft. Worth at 8am and had no other means of transportation. She in a matter-of-fact manner told me that the mechanic could maybe finish by 9am. FURIOUS, I demanded my vehicle and headed directly to the shop where I was told by Norma that she expects customers to tell her if they need their vehicles back within the day and had no intention of calling me to inform me that my vehicle would be kept overnight and an entire extra day. MIND BLOWN. I'll NEVER come back to this place. They are the definition of unprofessional.
Great experience with jose and his team. I went in for one thing wich was a transmission gasket and replacing the fluid and it came to their attention that i had a few other issues and advised me to get those issues fixed before more damage was made. Noone wants more damage than what there already is, so they went ahead and replaced some much necessary parts from the powersteering system also my battery was changed and my oil filter housing wich was a cause of a big leak that is no longer there! I thought it was something else but them being the experts they found the culprit and replaced it. I got updates via text and calls and everything was fixed in a timely manner. They advise, not force a sales pitch wich i liked because noone wants to feel pressured to get something done on their vehicle without thinking twice. ask questions and you’ll get answers and get a better understanding of the advice given! I found bimmer repair randomly on google and they got my vehicle right and i was satisfied with the work that was done and at ease knowing my vehicle was in professional care! . I recommend bimmer repair and will likely be a customer until i dont own my bmw anymore! Everything was smooth and not a single problem. Thanks again jose and team !
I was excited to take my care to a shop with great reviews but my experience was less than pleasing. I went in for a basic oil change which like any other place includes checking fluids and topping them off accordingly. The oil change price was 50 dollars more than my regular shop but I was willing to pay for the difference to save driving to Plano for service. I asked if my fluids were checked and topped off and they reassured me that everything was good in that lane. As I was getting home my low coolant level warning went off. I looked under the hood and although I keep my engine bay clean, it was clear that both the engine coolant and the turbo coolant knobs were not removed for inspection. Clearly they didn't check those. I tried to call back but I got their answering service. This didn't sit well with me because for a 170 dollar oil change I expected much more attention to detail with the other general items . Even the local oil change marts give you a detailed item checklist of what was inspected and topped off. Not going there again. I'll just drive to Plano where the attention to detail is much more pronounced.
I found Jose via Google and confirmed positive reviews on Yelp, then contacted him very email asking for a quote for body work and a/c repair on my BMW. He responded promptly and asked me to bring my car in. The location is a little hard to find on Irving. You might spot a printing shop before his office - just look for a parking lot with BMW's. Jose was very polite and professional from beginning to end. He got me a quote within a day, and did not seem to be money hungry. He even gave me advice on how to monitor and potentially mitigate make my a/c issue without having to splurge on costly repairs. He recommended other work for which my car was due. His quote was also well below what the dealership provided. I just got my car back today and am very pleased with the work. The body work is spiffy and my car was freshly washed, which is just the cherry on top of all the other things he fixed. Good guy, definitely give Jose a call for your BMW needs.
TL: A honest, fair, well trained BMW repair shop in Dallas with exceptional customer service. Would Recommend . I moved from out of state a few years ago and I've recently stopped taking my Bimmer to the local dealership. Mainly due to the poor service and high prices. As fall has swiftly approached I noticed my car starting to slow crank and I knew I was going to be due for a new battery. After calling around a few places I found Bimmer repair and i couldn't be happier. They worked me into their busy schedules same day and even found a few other things that needed to be corrected but didn't push me except for the tires because they could be life threatening. I should mention that they don't even sell tires so it's not like they were trying for a money grab. I feel comfortable and confident that they are honest and will take good care of me in the future as I work through these other suggested repairs.
I sent out a nephew of mine to visit Jose. As hes a specialist in BMW. I myself work as a Mechanic I was both Certified for Ford Motor, Lincoln and Lexus. But those German Cars are something way out of my area of expertise. I was kinda impressed when I found out Jose was a BWM tech. Pretty cool fellow growing up with as a teenager. We grew apart, But the guy is very kind hearted and nerdy haha. Check him out guy's he did a good job on my nephews car when I took a look at it. For one I know the kind of guy Jose is. He will not BS you or Scam you, he takes pride in his work of any source, As for any mechanic that has a passion for mechanical engineering we take great pride in our reputation. Well with that said. I Salute you and Wish you the best in your success! We should catch up sometime! Thanks again for helping out my nephew and for being a good Childhood friend Mr. Jose Alamillo
I’ll give them a 2 for customer service. Stephen is extremely nice. He is always upbeat and nice. I’ll also note that BMW is a very complex vehicle to diagnose (I have 4). With all that said, I was really happy to find this place. Unfortunately the diagnostic assessment is not to a level I would expect to be for experienced technicians. They basically put it on the machine which is the same thing your basic car shop does. I would expect they know which codes are errors and have a better ability to truly assess a problem based upon their experience. The other issue I had was the length of time. I’ve been 2x times and both times my car was there over a week (1st time was 10 days). And after both costly repairs what I went in for wasn’t fixed. Nice people, but skill level is novice at best. Be prepared to pay a lot of money for guesses.
So, I generally fix all my own stuff, but I had a tail light out that defied logic. Anything I tried, tail light still stayed off (it's a BMW X3, btw). I took it in to Bimmer Repair, and they crawled over it for three days. They let me know I would need a wiring diagnostic (and quoted me the price), which I approved. A couple of days later, they had found the problem (it was a weird one), and, though they did the entire wiring diagnostic, that turned out not to be the problem, SO THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR IT. Who does that? I approved the diagnostic, and they did it, but they didn't charge because it turned out to be unnecessary. That's a level of integrity you never see. I will be taking my BMW to these folks exclusively, for life.
It's hard to find good mechanic services anywhere near Uptown and downtown Dallas when it comes to BMW services away from a dealership. As soon as you come through the door, their team is attentive and doesn't try to oversell you on things you may not need at the time of your visit. Furthermore, their staff member Steven is on point with communication and scheduling. So as a customer you definitely feel like you are apart of their process every step of the way. Jose, the owner, has a hidden gem just off Hwy 35 on the outskirts of downtown Dallas and doesn't even realize it. Go see them before they figure it out and raise their prices! They went above and beyond with my 535i MSport services.
I called to get a quote to install tow hitch on my X5 provided them with parts I have, they needed me at the shop to give me quote. So, made an appointment and drove 15miles to the shop. After checking the parts which are OEM harness and Control unit with aftermarket Hitch they gave an expensive quote excluding the program, program costs additional price just like dealership charges. The guy said they need to do some research on the OEM parts and install them, I was skeptical of leaving X5 with amertur's who charges like professionals. Drove another 15miles back. They could have given the same quote over the phone and saved alot of time for both. I won't recommend this shop.
After facing an issue with my car. I went to random garage technician where the yscrewed up with pipe filter which led my car shaking on the highway and kept going off in the traffic light. But after finding this spot and with Jose, I tremendously appreciate the effort and work they have done to my car. It runs so smoothly, they know the works that needs to be done with my bimmer. Price I wouldn't say it's pricey but you are paying for what you are getting and it is way better than burning your pockets at the showroom. I will highly recommend this spot for servicing your bmw. I Will be back again Jose, thanks again.
With all the lock down and slow business, I decided to go to the small guy so they can make some money while I get my car service done. I'm utterly disappointed that he over charged for a simple 550i oil change. My regular BMW dealership in Grapevine charged me $129+tax but this wannabe charged me $150+ + tax. Keep it up this way little guy and soon you will be looking for a job. I'm giving one star for abusing my kindness and loyalty I was trying to build. On top of this he quoted $1700 price for a 1 hour job repair with parts that cost $90+tax directly from BMW Genuine parts. ADIOS AMIGO!
I bought a part from the guy next door for my BMW 750LI and he told me that he had a guy who could install it for me, so I went to the place and he introduced me to a young guy named Jose. At first I was like ain't no body this young touching my 7 series, but in less than 5 min the guy impressed me. That young guy Jose may look young, but he knows his stuff. I had a bunch of caution lights on my dashboard and he was able to figure out what the problem was after the dealer gave me the run around. Now, he is the designated guy for my two 7-series, I am very picky. ..
Jose at Bimmer Repair has been a great person to work with! My car stopped in the middle of the street as the water pump gave out. Ive used them once before so i called them and they even recommended a great towing service! They would have replaced the water pump, thermostat, reservoir all in within 24 hours had it not been for a part coming in late. Still incredibly fast as ive used other bmw indy shops who had me twiddling my thumbs for a week! Diagnosed it and it was ready to go after the weekend! Fantastic guys and great value as they also offer financing now!
Steven and the crew are great! I drove over a curb and thought I’d damaged a few things, and I was concerned about the suspension and alignment. They did a full inspection for a reasonable price, and they encouraged me not to fix some small, cosmetic things as they are unnecessary. They confirmed I did not need any repairs or adjustments after the inspection, and I really liked their transparency and the fact that they insisted upon not pushing unnecessary repairs (and costs!) on me. I will certainly be back for future services and repairs on my car.
I went to multiple BMW shops to diagnosis my check engine light. They suggested multiple fixes that would cost me half the KBB value of my car! Bimmer repair was my last hope at saving my precious 2008 M3. It has been my pride and joy for the past 5 years. The service advisor Steven assured me those other guys were trying to rip me off. Sure enough he was right! I still can't believe I saved thousands at Bimmer repair. I would highly recommend this place to all BMW owners! This is the only place I will ever trust to touch my baby!
Checked this place out because of the great reviews and I’m glad I did. These guys are professional. Steven in the front is a problem solver. He helped out with my schedule and budget. The techs are fast; the service needed for my car was literally taking a ton of stuff off the engine (I saw it on YouTube) for a replacement part. I thought they would take 3 days to perform and they had my car ready the next day. They got a for sure customer from now on and I highly recommend their service.
I've had the greatest experience with Bimmer Repair which is why I came back a second time for my BMW repairs. The Owner Jose and his entire staff Norma the Secretary and Hecto'r the Mechanic makes you feel very comfortable when you bring your car in for service. I've done my homework, and they are a whole lot cheaper than the overpriced dealership. So if you"re looking for a safe, dependable place to service your BMW look no further but Bimmer Repair. -K. Joseph
Bimmer Repair Shop is the BEST place to go with your BMW. I have a Grey 745 LI and Jose is the only person that has worked on my vehicle, besides BMW of Arlington, and let me tell you this.................I will continue all my services/ repairs with Bimmer Repair...... I recommend everyone to take your BMW to Jose Alamillo, if you want Quality work done.... Bimmer Repair Is The Best Thanks, Jose Derick Green/Shanequia Clark-Green loves your work
I used Bimmer Repair and want to say thanks to everyone and in particular to Jose and Norma for taking great care of my car! This shop provides excellent and pleasant experience in everything starting with the conversation on the phone and ending with the result at a great price. I recommend them to everybody i know. Bimmer Repair is the best BMW repair/service shop in Dallas/Fort Worth Area!
I don’t have words to express my gratitude for this team. I feel I left my car in the best hands since the first day they were more than accommodating to be able to get my car fixed. Specially Jose, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Not only they fixed my car, and got me to trust it on the road again; when I got there, my car was spotless! Definitely recommend these guys to anyone! My top #1 in Dallas area.
I'm so disappointed they charge a lot of money And they did not fix the car, and the car was worse then when I took it there. The second day the check engine light appeared and they wanted to charge me more money for the same problem. And when I got my car back there were missing parts of my car, so I told them and they said that it wasn't them, but I had all my part before I took the car in.
This is the best Bmmer Repair shop in all Dallas i have a BMW 550I and for some reson it stop working it wouldn't start and it was going crazy so i decided to take it to a supposedly bmw expert they took a month and they couldn't fix it so two shops later i was refferd to Jose at Bimmer Repair and he got it done in just one single day, running perfect, and for the best price!!!!!!
I have been looking for a good honest mechanic for a while some I have been ripped off at BMW of Dallas so much but I finally found the right guy in Jose. He is a BMW enthusiast who knows what he is talking about and is very honest. He noticed a defective part I had on my car which was under warranty and helped me get it resolved. Honestly a good dude and a great shop.
Steven and the staff were great. They quoted me for what they believed was going to be a huge repair but to my surprise, they found that the damage was not as bad as they originally thought. They were honest and called me to tell me the good news and my final bill was half of the original quote. This is an honest business, and I will take my BMW to them going forward.
Words honestly can’t express how grateful i am to have found this place. Jose is amazing, very communicative & more than willing to explain anything that you may be unclear on. It’s hard to find a place where you can trust that people aren’t trying to just get over on you… much less willing to explain and educate…This place is a gem. Thank you guys. I appreciate you!
My experience with Bimmer Rapair was good and professional. The staff is caring, helpful, and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and we were able to order the needed parts. I was able to pick my car up a few days after and it is driving great. I appreciate Steven up front with honest and timely responses. Highly recommend Jose and Bimmer Repair.
Very helpful gentleman picked up the phone, and advised me on potential suspension modification to my e90 car. He was able to bring years of experience, hands on expertise and overall insight to the question. He did not ask me to bring the car in but was willing to help over the phone. I would not hesitate to bring my car here - these guys are helpful not greedy.
I'm a first time bmw owner and this was my first repair needed (starter). Steven at the front desk took great care of me! He was very informative and honest about what was going on with my car. After only one day in the shop, my car was done and back working properly! I would recommend them to any bmw owner, they now have a permanent customer in me!
Great mechanic, knows his stuff and very helpful! He brought my car back to life after I was practically sold a lemon with a blown head. I took it to him. He was very honest and helped me restore this car to working condition. Now I am able to commute to work and home. Other people had told me to get rid of the car but this guy did the job!
Can't say enough good things about Bimmer Repair. Jose and Norma are so professional. Jose brought my M Roadster up roadworthy with a minimum of work. Actually suggested a few things that were unnecessary to repair. Waited 2 weeks to write this review after giving it a solid workout. Satisfied, new loyal customer right here.
No other place like Bimmer Repair. Honest and Trustworthy. I get all my BMW repair done here. If you are looking for somebody with the knowledge and experience to work on your BMW, this is the place. It's difficult finding an auto repair shop you can trust and not get charged a bucket load. I highly recommend Bimmer Repair.
Have used Bimmer Repair a couple of time before. I have a 2007 525i. Jose's quotes are way lower than what the dealers charges. Secondly, Jose knows what he is doing and I trust him to complete the required task at hand keeping quality and cost in mind. I see me going back to him for all service issues moving forward.
I've taken my car to Bimmer Repair several times (my 3-series car is 18 yrs old now), and I've always gotten great service. Jose will explain every problem in great detail if I want. And if I need it, he's always willing to give me advice on things I'm fiddling with myself. Nothing but good experiences there.
Best BMW repair in DFW! Jose offers expert advice and tells you truly what needs repair and what doesn't. Most honest, affordable, and fast turnaround with car service work that I have ever had; I have never had any issues with the work that was done on my vehicles. I definitely count Jose as "my" mechanic.
I only bring my bimmers here. Brandon is my guy. Any BMW issues he’s your man. I’ve done major work on both of my bimmers with Brandon. I’ve taken my BMWs to several places in DFW area but I only trust this place. Excellent service and way cheaper than a stealership. They hook you up with repairs too.
My experience with Bimmer Rapair was good and professional. The staff is caring, helpful, and professional. I came in with a problem with my transmission. They were able to diagnose the problem and we were able to order the part. I was able to pick my car up a few days after and it is driving great.
Love the body work that was done on my BMW X2! Would highly recommend them!! The tech vouched for perfection when my insurance was trying to lowball on parts and now everything looks like new! They also keep you informed as far as progress on the work! Will be returning for any body/paint needs!!
The guys over at Bimmer were great. I was using another local BMW repair shop and got taken for a ride. The Mae guys are upfront, knowledgeable and steered me away from a really expensive fix instead of talking me into it! Close to home, close to the office, they are now my go to repair shop!
Jose and team have been very patient and fair with this new BMW owner who is not a "car guy" (especially difficult since my ride is over 20 years old!) They have worked hard to explain issues, offer options, and stand behind the work to make sure I'm satisfied! Thanks Jose (and crew)!
Words can not express the gratitude that I have for Jose and Norma, You guys ROCK! ! ! ! ! Thank you so much for the work on my vehicle. You have and will continue to do an amazing job for Ms.Roobi (my car). Thank you so much for your honesty and great service... #TEAMBIMMERREPAIR
I'm very grateful I came here a while back to fix my BMW everyone here is so professional, Jose and Steven are always there to answer any questions you have. They do awesome work for better price than a dealership!!! Honestly I recommend them 100%, wouldn't go anywhere else.!!
Wow is this place a God send for BMW owners! Jose took an issue no other shop would handle and explained thoroughly the issue and how he resolved it! He was kind, responsive and fairly priced. He also taught me a few tricks about my car! Would trust with any future needs!
This is by far the best place for bmw repair in dallas. It was a pleasure working with Jose. He changed my brakes in under 2 hours and was at least 30% below rest of the places in dallas. He had free coffee, drinks and free wifi while I waited for my car.
No need to look elsewhere, Bimmer it is! Steven talked us off the ledge after an awful estimate on repairs....We gave it to them and its all good. Great front office service from Steven to professional update on a large repair. Put your fears aside!
Shop doesn't stand behind their service. My car's electrical fault came back shortly after repair and the owner decided that he would not revisit the problem even after I paid nearly $1,000 to have it "fixed". Go to a more reputable shop in Dallas.
Jose and his staff are patient, friendly and very knowledgeable about BMW'S. My 3 series was properly diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion. For me, this is the best factory BMW dealer alternative in DFW. I'll be back again. 5 stars! Kelvin
Bimmer Repair is a quality and professional environment. Mechanics know what's what and I can trust them to supply a full diagnostic and updates of what's going on with my car. They truly treat their customers like family and get the job done!
Bimmer Repair has offered knowledge, customer service, and professionalism for the last six years while taking care of my BMW. They are a great shop, and the only people I trust in DFW to take care of my vehicle the right way the first time.
Jose was great and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. You pay for the service they give you. Which is genuine care for the well being of your car and for you. Anything time I have a problem now I will be bringing it to them!
I cannot say enough great things about Jose and Steven, the guys that helped me when I accidentally found Bimmer Repairs today. I unknowingly drove over some debris on the road, and my car started making a significant grinding/tearing
As a certified BMW mechanic, Jose is extremely knowledgable about BMWs. He is expedient, offers competitive pricing, and most importantly is a man of integrity. I have no reservations bringing my vehicle here and neither should you.
I have used Bimmer Repair on a couple of occasions and I have been very impressed with the service and the work that has been provided. Jose is great to work with. I feel that he is honest and takes a consultative approach about
Jose is experienced, honest, and fair...qualities you simply won’t find at either BMW of Dallas or Arlington. He repaired my 2012 BMW 528i for half of what it would’ve cost at dealer and used OEM parts. Highly Recommended!!!
The service is great, work on my 328i fast and efficiently. I will only bring my car to him from now on. Very fair and knowledgeable about all BMW part and services. And honest mechanic thank you for all the help.
Jose and his staff are awesome! It is not always easy finding honest and knowledgeable people to service BMW's in the DFW-area. Any time I have an issue, I only go to one place now for service- Bimmer Repair!
Jose is a very good mechanic, honest, kind, and trust worthy. Prices are very reasonable compared to many other BMW repair shops. Norma is very knowledgeable as well and direct. Highly recommended.
Always courteous and genuine, great customer service, and quality work done. They answer all my questions in depth and detal, and they don't keep your car forever, I will be a loyal customer!
Fantastic customer service. I recommend to visit this place for any maintenance work of your BMW. They will honestly let you know which repair is really required on priority and what not.
Jose and his technicians were thorough and professional in taking care of my car. They diagnosed and worked with me to effect the repair in a reasonable time frame and for a fair price.
Jose was really easy to work with. He explained everything to me before doing the work and was able to fix my BMW no problem. His prices were good compared to going to a dealer.
Jose knew exactly what was wrong with my BMW and took care of the problem immediately. I would definitely be using him in the future and will reccomend him to my friends!!!
I kept two BMW's in the family for years longer than I thought I would because of Jose. He is dealer-trained, honest, and provides excellent work at very reasonable prices.
I’m so glad I found Juan and Bimmer Repair! Something odd happened with my air conditioner, and Juan went the extra mile to figure it out. Will never use anyone else!
Jose was very friendly got the job done right and saved me over $2000 (literally) vs the dealer. Will definitely be a returning customer, if repair is needed again
Good service, took the car in within 30 minutes of them closing and they got it ready the next morning. Even topped of the fluids and checked the tire pressure
Great service!!! Always has the parts and service I need. Steven has great patience and customer service. Quick and responsive. Will be using them from now on.
I highly recommend this place. I’ve taken my car there a couple times and the service has always been great. Definitely much less expensive than a dealership.
Legit BMW shop. My BMW and my wallet love this place. It was a no brainer. Same quality expert service as the dealership, but with a friendlier repair price.
Received excellent customer service from Jose, along with prompt courteous service. Will definitely continue to use theit Bimmer services! Frank Saenz
Great shop and impeccable customer service. I'm very happy with the results! Will recommend to all BMW owners who go to the stealership for service.
An excellent and trustworthy company! Jose is a true professional and I will be returning in the future for all BMW repairs/services.
