Just got a red 2023 Trek FX 2. I had it on the store Lay Away plan about a month. The plan is 90 days. From day 1 Aaron came and helped me no less the me being in the store 5 mins. I went back and made another payment a week later and the staff was very nice. The next week I paid it off and Aaron was there to help me finish. As I was waiting for my bike cause they were doing last minute check on my bike Aaron cam back and chatted with me while my bike was getting ready. He helped be get it in my SUV. Thank you Bike Mart Dallas for making a dream come true to have my 1st High End bike.

Really, really cool spot. Joe really knows his stuff and has the ability to convey it on any skill level, from what I've observed. I'm a pretty reserved person who doesn't like to take up any more retail staff attention than absolutely necessary, but this guy will cross the store to keep probing into your needs if he thinks you walked off while he still could have helped you. Nice selection, nice resource, nice mural with a really funny puppy on it you simply must make time for. Will definitely be my go to spot as I learn more about the hobby.

Just want to take the time to thank Matt at bike mart on garland rd, he built my custom industry 9 wheels and I’m way beyond happy! I am always blown away from the service these guys provide! I own a specialized Evo comp and they’ve helped me customize my entire bike. It’s one of the reasons I keep upgraded because they know what there doing!!! 10 stars all the way! I have visited, albeit very few times, throughout the past 30 years or so. It appears to me that the honest, ethical, no pressure attitude has been there the entire time. I was greeted by Mark and spoke to him about a fitting. After just a few minutes of inspecting me on the bike, and a little conversation, no fitting was required. I spoke to Morris, in service, about cleaning and a tune up. Very professional and nothing extra thrown at me so as to make more money. A great company with great products and great service!

Haven’t ridden a bike in years so we decided to visit bike mart to inquire about not only bikes to purchase but to rent. From the time we walked in we were treated like family. Even when it busy we didn’t feel rushed. All are questions were answered thoroughly. We opted rent to take a ride at the lake and upon retuned we were asked about our ride. It truly felt as though the cared. Special thanks to Joe he took care of us from beginning to end and even assisted with a quick bike 101 lesson! Thank you Bike

I've had my current bicycle for over 15 years, and while there have been a myriad of technicians help with various issues. I can honestly say that the level of service that Gabe at this Bike Mart's (White Rock lake) location is above reproach. He always has a smile, and is more than willing to help no matter how big or small the problem is. I highly endorse him for his attention to every detail. So next time you need some maintenance do yourself a favor, and go see Gabe...‍♀

Had some trouble with removing a part on my bike. Also bought the wrong replacement part. Went in and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Promptly switched the wrong part for the right one, then stopped what they were working on to remove the recalcitrant part I had been fighting to remove. These guys know their stuff and also know the meaning of customer service. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

I went there to buy A new Tire the next day the tire almost came off while riding my electric bike I had to take the time to go back and have it repaired again I could of seriously got hurt I went ahead and bought a new front tire as well you would've thought that they would've accommodated we In some way like at least wave the labor charge but they didn't they have a nice staff and I usually get good service there but they dropped the ball on this one.

All I can say is Wow!! This place makes you feel right at home, literally you can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in!! They truly and genuinely do “want” to help! Some shops all they want to do is just sell you, but not this shop! They actually examine exactly what it is that you are needing and then they get straight to it!! I’m definitely placing them top on my list for any future bicycle needs!! My go to shop!!!!

Ive purchased all of my bikes from RBM! Each time the price was right and the service team was excellent! Gabriel and the service team are the greatest they make sure my bike issues are always taken care of. Terrence was able to get my Kickr set up and had me on my way in less than an hour! Everyone is friendly helpful and treats you like they appreciate you for coming in! I will continue to be a customer.

10/10 experience! Bike mart quickly serviced my bike (tube had a puncture), inspected my bike due to a Shimano recall all within 48 hours. They got me back in the saddle in time for a group ride which was awesome! With multiple locations around Dallas, make sure to check them out for all of your bike needs! Non pressure sales, knowledgeable staff and great selection of bikes for all types of riding.

Dissapointed. Paid $210.00 for a mountain bike tune-up. Took it out a week later for a Saturday ride, and my chain was constantly popping off and skipping. Mere pedaling was a labor since the chain kept missing contact (or falling off of) the freewheel. You just expect a smooth ride after paying that money, and it was anything but. My bike wasn't this bad prior to taking it in.

Morris is the best! I tried to assemble my son’s bicycle he received for his birthday and just couldn’t do it. I took it to Bike Mart and Morris finished assembling it for me on the same day. I really appreciate that he knew how important this birthday gift was for my son. I highly recommend having your bicycle assembled and serviced here! Great customer service!! Many thanks!!

Morris has been awesome! These guys are the best in the business when it comes to service. I recently ran into an issue with a month old rear wheel and these guys worked with the manufacture to get a new one sent. But most importantly Morris communicated timely and very professionally. Sadly that is rare in todays world. Keep up the great work!!!

11/12/23 1200. Condescending female sells person, so rude. Should have left. And taken my business somewhere else. The service center however is great and if it wasn't for the service center I would not shop at this place! It may be helpful to do some customer service training and learn how to not talk to customers as if they are a child.

We've been purchasing our bikes here since 2006! For this visit, everyone took the time to hear all of our questions and explained everything in detail to make sure we made the best decision for a new bike. We didn't feel rushed during our test rides outside and at one point even had two people helping us. It is always a great experience.

I loved the experience I had a White Rock location. Erin helped me make a better decision on a bike I didn't consider at first. Her expertise and experience got me and my wife to the right place. I'm enjoying the bike so far and will be back to the White rock location for more of that wonderful customer service!

Morris and Matt were awesome in repairing our road bikes and also helping us with our concerns with our future cross country endeavors. Those guys were patient and courteous with all our needs. Big thank you to those guys. It was a great experience and highly recommended

Super nice customer service first off. I was changing from clip-on to flat pedals and couldn't get the left side pedal off was the reason I brought my Mtn. Bike in. The mechanic helped me take off the pedal and put the other flat pedal on. FOR NO CHARGE Sweet.

Fantastic buying experience. I went in with a little knowledge of what I wanted or needed, but Aaron took his time with me and explained everything I asked. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be buying from Bike Mart again in the future

I came here just to see a bike to purchase, but nobody even ask or was interesting to question what I was doing there. I was like it was a death zone with people busy, only was 2 people at the store as customer. Amazon has better customer services.

Good quality work! MIke was very knowledgeable about repairs needed for the bike and walked me through every step. Got it back this week and it rides so much better. Very impressed! Wouldn't consider taking my bike anywhere else.

Great service and extremely helpful staff. Service center got me riding the same day I brought my bike. It was lucky that they had what we needed but never the less they did more than expected.

Easy rental process! We also ran out of gas returning the bikes the next day and they had no issues giving us extra time to fuel up. Great people.
