AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Think LONG AND HARD about your decision to buy from here, and make sure you have your wits about you if you're feeling brave. I SERIOUSLY regret my decision to visit here and purchase a car. It seems their main concerns are getting your money, and before the ink is even dry on the deal haranguing you into leaving a 5 star review. Honestly I thought the salesperson was about to grab my phone and do it himself at one point. Collecting the car was done entirely without ceremony, and included a 2 hour wait before finance finally approached me. How I wish I'd just changed my mind there and then. You sign everything, then get taken through to a depressing cabin for more waiting and eventually signing up for tax and insurance. You then get the keys, get told to visit the petrol station as the tank is nearly empty, then figure out the mats are still in the boot so faff around with fitting those in the dark. Woe betide you if the car turns out to be faulty and shock horror you may want to reject it, they're not interested. They'll ignore your emails for days, then tell you they're satisfied with their response and argue the toss about everything. Apparently it's absolutely fine to sell a car with a broken and unreadable instrument cluster. Well guess what, I'm the customer and I'm NOT satisfied. The single worst customer experience I've ever had. God help me going forward with ownership. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Update - After a great start to buy the car , despite 2h30 to actually get the papers done and pay the deposit , it all went down from the moment I had to collect the car. After 20min of waiting for their finance team, I had to ask several times for someone to actually show up. It then took 2 min to actually pay for the rest of the car. They ask me to wait again , saying someone from their Collection team would come over.... after 45 min still no one, so I had to ask again. A lady finally took me over there to collection, where the man was waiting for me, great! Another issue arise there, they couldn't find the second key and had to look for it everywhere. I was finally able to go back home with my new car after 1h30 to collect it (overall process 2h30 to buy +1h30 to collect, definitely not great). I thought that was it, but no! 1 day after collecting it, they call me, asking when I will come collect my car ?! Are they joking ? 2 days after collecting my car, I receive again another call , asking me AGAIN when I will collect my car. I mean, really ? What is wrong with your system ? In summary, first great impression. At the end of the process, really bad impression, don't think we will use their service again. ---------- First time buying a car in the Uk, and Adam was very helpful. We got all our questions answered and the test drive was great to get a feel of the car. The process is well explained. Thank you

I came in today to pick up a car I had enquired about in the week. The service was brilliant from calling up in the week to the subsequent follow up calls from the Big Motoring pre-sales team to check I had all the details for my visit to the showroom. On arrival to the Wimbledon branch, which is a new location serving complimentary drinks and snacks on site available to buy, I was assigned to Adam to help with my car purchase and test drive. Adam was super professional, warm and informative. I didn't feel like I was being forced to buy any additional products either. The type of service provided is like that of a concierge service What was unique to the buying experience as well is the hospitality. I had initially opted to buy a car from a competitor but cancelled it so I could go with Big Motoring World. I'm really glad that I chose to purchase my car here and primarily with Adam who made the whole experience relaxed. I would 100% recommend this branch and the team here. Even better if you get to be helped by Adam!

Disappointing. Sold a broken vehicle and won't take it back. You go to a larger retailer expecting they know what they're doing but instead you end up wasting time. Purchased a car with no reports of any issues. Independent garage inspected it within 2 days and suspected it had been in a front-on collision as the front facia, radiator and sump pump had been replaced, also the sub frame of the vehicle is bent and exhaust muffler is punctured. Reporting to their aftersales telephone and email is pointless as nobody replies or acknowledges receipt. Currently having to go through the bank for a debit card chargeback claim due to no response. The branch act helpful but won't take the car back unless the aftersales team give permission.

Having looked at a few reviews of other branches I was a little nervous, but this branch is quite new. We had a mostly smooth purchase process. Roman was great and made us feel welcome and ensured we were comfortable with our decision on which car to purchase. He showed us a few options that we were also considering and was patient even when we were indecisive. I’d definitely recommend asking for Roman.

Brought a car from the Wimbledon branch and all was going well until i got into a NON FAULT head on collision and the air bags did NOT deploy, only 6 weeks after my purchase date. So much for big motoring worlds 200 point check on all of their vehicles. You call the after sales team for support for the faulty air bags to be told its got nothing to do with them! Avoid this place at all costs.

He sought guidance from management appropriately and was keen to demonstrate professionalism. The sales technique was not Pushy and therefore enabled us to buy a good car at a good fair price. 3 weeks in company. 3 months and he could be a senior I would say.

5 stars simply for the customer service we’ve received, Jaden was working with us and helped us get the best deal on the car purchased. There was a couple minor issues with car cleanliness wise (not his fault) but he made sure it was sorted out before collection, which I can very much appreciate. Very attentive and helpful salesman.
