Terrible experience. I had to call several times to try to set up the time for a visit due to some unexpected electrical problems in an apartment this company had installed an electrical panel last October. I was expecting a call yesterday to confirm their visit today, but I never got that call. Instead, the owner says that she and an employee of hers came at our place this morning and rang the bell and tried to reach me on my cell several times. I didn't get those calls, the bell didn't ring and our tenant's dog didn't bark as he usually does when he hears someone at the door. Since we have been waiting since Sunday and this is my only chance to rest (I work in the health field), I insisted on having their visit later today. The owner ended up hanging up on me. No matter how stressed out you are, in my world, you never hang up on clients. Terrible client services. The owner would benefit from having an assistant to help her organize her workdays. I am extremely disappointed. It's too bad... I wanted to support a woman who works in a "non-traditional" field.

This company is a scam. They had to go back to the building 4 times for the same electrical issue. My tenant, months later, lost electricity in half of her aparment. I had a master electrician go in, and it turns out it was because of these clowns and their mistakes. He was actually in shock at the work they had done. Stay away from this company.

Owner is knowledgeable and efficient. Priced fairly. Responds to phone calls, emails and voice messages quickly. Owner recommended some changes which saved me some money. Installed an electric car charging station. The service electricians were knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone.
