Forest & Robert! For my mother’s birthday, I wanted to have an in home casino party so I booked Big Eastern. I took a chance on them after reading several of the reviews here. Let me tell you I’m glad I booked with them! First, the process of getting a quote and handling payment online is straightforward and easy. No one tried upselling me or hassled me into making my decision. Next, once the deposit was paid, I was paired with a logistical coordinator who helped confirm the details and was my dedicated point person for questions or issues. On the day of, the dealers Forest and Robert were super accommodating (my party was a surprise) so they set up then moved the truck for me. They were truly the stars of the show! Personality for DAYS! Entertaining and knowledgeable. We had tons of folks who were not regular card players and I LOVED how committed they were to ensuring folks learned and had fun. It was such a great entrance to learning and by the end of the night, our beginners were ready for Vegas. They were nothing short of stellar professionals. I’m so grateful that this was such a phenomenal experience. If you’re considering hiring them for a casino party, let this post inspire you to book them! You won’t regret it.

We had the BEST event thanks to Big Eastern Events. We hosted a casino night with a large group of friends. Jeff was helpful and knowledgeable through the booking process and helped to make sure we had adequate equipment for our size group. He was flexible in adding equipment close to the date and with a COVID related date reschedule. Tina called the week of the event to review our items and answer last minute questions. She made sure we were all set for the event. The dealers were WONDERFUL! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and FUN. Jeff, Scott, Lisa and Tyler - Thank you! I've been planning meetings/events for 25+ years, and Big Eastern is one of the best (if not THE best) vendor I've had the pleasure of working with. What’s an awesome party we had last night! It started a little slow, but later on once they started playing they had a good time! I heard a lot of positive compliments. Jeff, Tina and the Big Eastern team made my birthday party a BLAST! It was so easy working with them from the very first call. I loved their straight forward pricing that is posted on the website when many other companies required me to fill out forms and get called back. Setup was done efficiently and on time. The tables looked great and the dealers were vibrant , well-skilled and very personable. Tina was extremely helpful with making sure "Ken's Casino" is still what people are talking about almost 2 months later. I felt like I was in Vegas and so did my guests! My company had a leadership meeting and requested a poker night for an evening event. Things were a bit last minute on our part but Big Eastern Events was very accommodating and quick. Don't wait until the last minute to book them, but in this case they were able to help us out! We're glad we chose them. My company has held casino type events before with other vendors but I header feedback from my top leadership that Big Eastern had the best dealers by far! From the initial quote to the follow up email after my event, I have nothing but great things to say about Big Eastern Events! I am beyond pleased with my experience and will tell anybody to use them for their event. Jeff, Tina and my event dealers Jack and Siamanta are all amazing and professional. Another plus to working with this company is that you can just pay a deposit first and then you are asked to pay the remaining balance 10 days before. I plan on using them again in the future! The customer service from the first interaction via phone was nothing but professional and patient. I received a courtesy call a few days prior to our event to ensure everything was covered and to answer any questions that I had. My company was hosting a corporate event and we hired Big Eastern Events as our entertainment. From the get-go the company was extremely responsive and helpful answering all my endless questions. Big Eastern Events made our Vegas-themed office anniversary party a MASSIVE HIT!! Tina and Jeff were thoughtful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. The value for the service you get is incredible. Our event manager was attentive and took care of set up, break down, and all checkins throughout the night. I worked with Big Eastern Events on a Casino Fundraiser for our school and they were amazing! We had approximately 150 people at our event and everyone had a fantastic time. Heard many positive things about the gaming, the dealers and the pit boss during the evening. The gaming tables were a nice, stable quality and it looked great! They made everything so EASY for me from beginning to end. They were extremely responsive and answered all of my questions and gave recommendations when I needed them. Our Casino Night fundraiser was AMAZING! The tables were beautiful, the dealers were patient and explained all the games, and they were energetic and entertaining. The host was kind and efficient. We contacted Big Eastern Events to bring Las Vegas to a big event we were hosting in Chattanooga for about 200 people. They were so amazing to work with from start to finish. Extremely professional, well priced, great people, helpful dealers and sweet showgirls. I honestly can’t say enough good about this company!! We are going to do this event again next year with Big Eastern Events but plan on having 500 people. So fun!!
