This is a small "old school" shop -- so don't expect vast in-stock inventory or the "Boutique" experience (nor Boutique prices!), but in return, if you give them a chance, you'll get friendly service, very affordable and fair prices, and they can special-order just about anything for you and get it in quickly and at a competitive price (at least on-par with what you'll see on US web sites). But I do say "give them a chance" because like most small Montreal shops, they can get VERY busy in the summer and so can be overloaded at times and stressed by customers who all seem to have bike emergencies in need of immediate service, so try to stop by at off-peak hours (mornings, late evenings, weekdays) if you really need lots of their time to chat about something or a big purchase and you'll likely come away very satisfied. In short, I've found that they generally do their best and are honest, which goes a long way these days.

Quelques bons vélos et accessoires, mais plutôt limités. Service initial à la vente est satisfaisant mais décevant à long terme. Le service mécanique est adéquat mais l'efficacité laisse à désirer. J'ai attendu beaucoup trop longtemps à deux reprises (avant et après COVID19), en attente d'une pièce (près d'un mois chaque fois). Ils offrent cependant certaines solutions telles que l'entreposage de votre vélo en attendant (si vous êtes à l'aise avec ça) ou de poser une pièce temporaire, mais la frustration vient de se faire dire que la pièce viendra à n'importe quel moment et donc on laisse le temps passer. Il faudrait trouver des solutions plus convenables et efficaces pour combler un manque de pièces.

I have dealt with Owen, the owner of Rossi, in excess of 10 years. He is always courteous towards his clientèle and knows his business. Contrary to the average shop owner Owen actually rides a bike regularly so experiences the products he offers, and is willing to give you an honest opinion to the point of not recommending something if not for you. You will also notice that he is not a high end exclusive bike shop and will as often repair commuter bikes than the enthusiasts. All is all is you are looking for a ''Boutique'' with high prices he may not be your best bet but if you are looking for a knowledgeable I would not hesitate recommending Rossi to you!

The clerk that was there that day convinced me that i needed a 19in frame even thought I'm 6'3". I asked for a 21in but they didn't have it in stock. After a lot of convincing on his part i decided he should be right since they sell bikes for a living but he was wrong. now i paid more than a 1000$ for a bike i don't wanna use because it's too small. I slowly realized that he just wanted to sell me what they had in stock. i will never buy from them again. To be fair that was 10 years ago. i will try them again for help and update the review as per todays service.

In my opinion, the true measure of quality customer service is how they treat the small customers. (Even the worst will bend over backwards when trying to sell you a multi-thousand dollar superbike...) I'm the do it yourself type and I visited this store frequently in search of small, extremely inexpensive (but critical) parts and I consistently receive friendly and attentive service from their knowledgeable staff who are clearly passionate about the sport. I know I can trust them with "the big stuff" in the future. Highly recommend this shop.

I bought a 1600.00 bike and spent at least another 400.00 on gear and clothing at this store in the last year and i continuously get terrible service.The KIDS who work there couldn't give a dam about the costomers.Went in today (july 2nd 2012) and it was the last time. The only time i've had good service is when the son of the owner was there, but again i"ve only seen him once.As the owner of a family retail business myself i know the importance of good service,unfortunatly they don't.

Amazing bike shop experience. I really appreciate that they were able to put SPD pedals on the bike I rented, so I didn't need to bring mine from home and the bike even had a clip for my wahoo computer. I have no doubt these guys would be excellent with anything bike related, so friendly and helpful and you can tell they really love bikes and that's what we're all out here for anyway. Thanks for such a wonderful rental experience ..and the brunch recommendation! Highly recommend!

Impatient and unprofessional staff. They tried to sell me a bike that was way too big for me. When we bought the rack they refused to show us how to install it and said it was a waste of their time unless we pay for the installation. They wanted us to take the sample bike and the sample seat, instead of giving us new ones, just to save their time. They were just too busy to serve us even if there were no bother clients in the store that day.

The Rossi team are very knowledgeable and helpful with all my bike enquiries. Upon my search for a new road bike, Owen, the owner, has taken the time to explain the different types of road bikes available, the price ranges and options of each bike, as well as ride next to me as I test rode my first road bike. I am a repeat client and I highly recommend Rossi for your bike and cooffee needs (I don't ski).

Best bike shop in Montreal !!! After many bad experiences with some of the other bike shops in the area, I'm glad I finally found cycle Rossi. Miguel is hands down the best mechanic in Montreal. He was able to fix my Giant Defy in a timely manner. No more noisy drivetrain. The gears shift better than when I first bought my bike. Their prices are also very reasonable. One Thursday morning I popped into this store for some help with my jogging stroller wheels and the service was unexpected! The gentleman was so friendly and genuine that I was taken aback. He was knowledgeable and solved my issue in no time at all. Thankful there are still great humans out there and better yet ones that love their jobs. Would definitely recommend.

During a recent long bike ride, I experienced knee pain. seeking a solution, I visited Bike Rossi they diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. additional, they provided helpful tips to prevent similar injuries in the future. Their knowledge and service were exceptional, resolving the problem with ease and ensuring my continued enjoyment of cycling.

J'ai fait ajuster mon Kona Lana'i 2003 et ils on fait une super Job, mes pads de freins étaient fini, roue lousse arrière , dérailler avant fini ils l'ont changé pour un neuf, mes vitesses changent bien et freine bien maintenant et tout le vélo roule bien. Le tout pour un prix raisonnable et juste. Excellent, vraiment Hors-pair dans le secteur.

je fait du velo depuis 20ans que j'ai le meme velo,j'ai connue leur pere qui me donnais un velo de rechange le temp quil repart le mien et oui un velo courtoisi et 20ans plus tard ses leur garcon qui roulle la place,j'ai commender une roue de eux jelais eux en 3 jours ouvrable tres bon service continuer les gars!!!

Just had polite, professional and prompt service for a reasonable price from Miguel on my old CCM city bike. Was hesitant to go to any bike shop since the last one I went to disrespected me and my bike. Although this bike shop is far for me to get to, I will return with my better bike and spread the word!!

What a great store and staff. Was having trouble assembling a new bike. Called them and they said to bring it right in. And hour later, we left with a fully assembled bike at an incredibly reasonable price. Knowledgeable and friendly, this will absolutely be our go to for all things bike related!
