Came during advertised trading hours and the place was shut closed - not a soul in sight, was just me and the locked entrance. I knocked thinking ‘maybe they are out the back, waiting patiently for customers to arrive, possibly chatting all things bicycle’ but no. It then dawned on me that this business is one of those, stuff it I won’t show up to work today type of deals. I came for a part to get my bicycle work-ing, to say to anyone who may ask, ‘hey, my bicycle works’ but left with those expectations shattered. I can’t even say I rode off into the sunset, because I was driving a vehicle - and it was early afternoon.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! For customer service and Bike Knowledge, Glen from Bicycle Works is No1. Great work & professional bike service, easy to talk to and his price on repairs, unbeatable. I was definitely a happy customer. I highly recommend Glen, a real honest and dedicated mechanic. Hands down the best bike repair service I’ve ever used. I’ll definitely bring my bike there again for servicing. I recommend Bicycle Works 100%.

Glen gives you a great price for his efficient and superb service. He also offers you further knowledge of the bike etc to further help with your decision to either restore, sell or trade to get the most bang out of your buck. Had an uncle's road bike which was worn, rusty with broken spokes, flat tires etc. Had it services to mint condition in 3 days. Works as good as new. If you want to get your bike fixed this is the place to go.

I found Bicycle Works in August 2020. I needed a sprocket removed from my spin bike. I called and Glenn said to bring the spin bike over. He removed the sprocket and refused to accept payment for a 30 second job. Glenn is very knowledgeable and a top bloke, a rarity. Glenn I still owe you a coffee. I would recommend Glenn and Bicycle Works to anyone.

Hands down the friendliest bike mechanics I’ve ever come across. They’ve always done a brilliant job, charged reasonably and communicate very well. I’ve been thoroughly impressed time and time again. I’ll always try to take my bike to Tom and his team to maintain or repair my bike.

I would say its reasonable but I was not happy the way they have setup. If you have to contact them, they may not pick up the phone. Also I wasn't fully satisfied with my service as my gears were slipping while going on slope. Also bike didn't get serviced within the time frame.

Great service, genuine, honest and great value for money. Not only do they do a great job at servicing my road bike, Glenn's always willing to have a chat and provide advice and little tips and tricks for maintaining my bike. Always goes above and beyond. Top bloke!

Oh my god, this place never answer calls, never open, I been there 3 times during their business hour, but the shop closed, no body there, you had to be very lucky if shop open when you visit. He just waisted customers time. He should update the business hour

Glen is very knowledgeable at bikes. My daughters bike had those turn shifters and Glen suggested to replace them with trigger shifters which my daughter now loves. Definitely highly recommend Bike Works for all your repairs and advice.

Excellent service, went to fix my child stroller flat tyre. No waste of time . Went in 2:05pm. Ask to to wait for 30 min. But work done in 20 minutes. Reasonable price. I thought it’s a small shop but turn out big . Keep it up.

I brought by daughter's cycle for quick fixup. The guy at the shop not only fixed the small issue, also did a quick service and did not charge anything. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend.
