I purchased a set of Giant MTB Pedals from Bicycle Superstore in Nunawading which were incorrectly priced. There were two different prices appearing for the same product in different colours (multiple pricing). The sales person suggested I pay more than the bar code stickered price which I did as it was still a good deal. However I thought this was a bit odd at the time and have queried company policy with their head office with regard to incorrectly priced items to which there was no response apart from suggesting I speak to the Nunawading store. My experience of other retailers is that they honour the sticker price and then fix the error. In my opinion this is in breach of Australian Consumer Law on multiple pricing and they should have sold me the item for the lower price or removed the items from sale until the pricing is corrected. I have reported them to the ACCC and Consumer affairs Victoria. AVOID

Bicycle superstore - Highpoint Service was above and beyond! To make the purchase i got prompt responses to my email queries during lockdown when I could not visit instore. Today on collection from the store the service was seamless and friendly. I Can not thank the team enough and the kind gentlemen that help sort out the delivery when we struggled to fit in the boot during the rain(I regret not asking for his name). Instead of removing all the childseat and folding down the seat in the rain he had "an even better idea" and arranged delivery. He was kind and thoughtful, absolutely AMAZING. I am so excited to see my daughters face tomorrow when she sees her Malvern Star shorty for her birthday. You will see us coming back for servicing and for our bikes in the future.

1st time my son and I visited the bicycle superstore, the service was exceptional, not pushy nor rude. They made our experience amazing for my 8 year old he was super excited to be shown features and ride the bike with guidance. All staff on that day worked well together as a team. Wasn't going to buy. But we did. I arranged to pick up like in a week in time for my son's 8th birthday, than we went into snap lockdown. But the staff reassured we could have it delivered for a small fee. Dan made this happen although they had an issue with 3rd party courier, Dan delivered to us..Thankyou. A family member requested a quote for a bike/car accident. BS flat out denied to include in the quote new brake levers from specific damage caused from the accident, stating the damage was old. Then the guy went on to explain he would be getting new levers on his 11k bike if in the same situation. Sorry...but just even if the bike is a few years old, if you can't repair damage caused by the accident then you replace the part. Pretty simple really. Not sure what other BS stores are like but will be staying right clear of this place. Include the part and if the insurance company contests it then fine...but don't flat out refuse to include it. Poor form gents!

New managers in this store who are amazing. I had so many issues with another store who had sold me a dodgy product (gears malfunctioning) and who just would not take me seriously when I took it back. The guys helped me both identify and solve the problem at minimal cost and most importantly they took the matter seriously and treated me with respect (the other store failed to do this) Strongly recommend both John and Jordan. Both are excellent mechanics who also know the importance of customer service. I will recommend this store to everyone for both purchasing bikes and bike products but also getting a bike service. You will not be disappointed. Go there.

I was interested in upgrading our old bikes, so after looking online for Giant bikes we decided on going to Highpoint Bicycle Super Store for a look and OMG once inside there is just that many bikes you don’t know where to look first, As we were looking around the most helpful and pleasant man assisted us with our questions, Nick is a great guy who displays a great sense of worth for the product and an interest in the customers needs, he is just a joy to deal with providing good customer service , we are more than happy with our new Giant bikes.Thankyou Nick and to Blake for going out of his way and helping us put our new bikes into our cars.

Came in last week to get a bike and a bike rack. After purchasing the bike & rack I realised that my tow ball was loose which was causing the bike rack to rotate and the bikes biting the rear tailgate. Dan was helpful with recommending an appropriate rack to over come through issue patiently explaining the pros and cons of each product. I was extremely satisfied with the assistance of Dan and Nick through the whole process from choosing a bike , getting some accessories and even bringing in my other bike for a puncture repair. Keep up the good work guys. Will definitely b coming back for anything bicycle related.

I received very poor advice on the bike which may suit my needs. Since purchase I have had problems with the bike. Plus I had to suffer quite an abnoxious staff member when I was explaining the problems I had. Bike was repaired only to find the tyres where not correct for the actual frame, returned same day. Was told the repair was rushed as I was wanting the bike in a hurry (not true)! Advised odd tyres would suffice till I suggested that I would not be happy with odd tyres on a new bike as it will not perform correctly. Overall a really bad purchasing experience.

I got my bike serviced (and numerous parts replaced) by Jerome and the team at Bicycle Superstore, and they were brilliant. Jerome spent considerable time with me explaining all the repairs they would make, and clearly outlining parts costs etc.- I've never dealt with a bike mechanic as professional as Jerome- he is great! The bike was in tip-top shape when I got it back and I will be recommending that all my cyclist mates get their servicing done here. It's a genuine relief for a commuter cyclist like me to know that there is such a great bike shop nearby!

I recently bought a hybrid bike from this store. I’m not an experienced rider so I had to do some research and get advice. I had been to a few stores before as well. I was served by Jacob (sorry, it could be incorrect spelling as it was a french name). He was really helpful with picking out my bike. He set it up for me ready to ride and even loaded it into my car. Other staff were nice too. Highly recommend this place.

A clean and tidy showroom for which I again took my bike there for a general overhaul, Vincent, the German mechanic being very helpful, did all that I requested, upon my collecting it, had ensured that all was in order, great service, typically admirable Deutsche gruendlichkeit (= German thoroughness). I’m happy to recommend this business. Good luck, Vincent, Australia needs people such as you.

Great service, good range of bikes. Bike services are also good. Bought another bike as a gift to someone that had the seat constantly move while riding, no matter how hard you tighten it. Ended up replacing the whole thing at another shop. Wasted time and some money doing so. Overall, still ok to shop here but I’d be extra careful when selecting my next bike, no matter what the price is.

We have brought numerous bikes from this store and been happy. I work away and wife needed a puncture fixed, she was told 1 month wait!! Needless to say, I fixed it when I returned. Today, needed a new chain on kids bike to continue riding to school, told next avaliable day was 10th December. I appreciate there busy but expect better service for a break down. Time for a new service shop.

Huge thanks to Brodie for helping us choose the most appropriate bikes and not just selling anything just for a sale. His product knowledge was astounding, he was extremely informative in helping us decide what we needed for our purpose. It has been along time since we have received great customer service, would recommend Brodie highly. Store has a great range of bikes and accessories.

Staff are bicycle people with great advice and service. Had some issues with a bike I bought off eBay second hand and they brought it up to scratch without any unnecessary extras that I thought were needed. They also gave me great advice on my son's first scooter and bike when he upgraded. Highly recommended for service and advice without pretence or pressure.

I dropped off my bike I was given coming up to six weeks ago now. I have been calling every second day and keep getting different prices. Extremely poor customer service. I'm still waiting for my bike to be repaired, have no idea how much the cost will be now. I wouldn't have dropped it off here if I knew it would take this long with an unclear cost.

Had a minor issue with my rear tube but will require try and error and cost much times to fix it. But Brendon put all his effort making sure the issue got sorted even it is a time consuming task. Most of the bike shop wont even bother to fix it but not for Brendon. Passion comes first. Definitely recommend them to anyone. Highly recommended.

The customer service is good and the mechanics thorough. I now take my bikes here even though there are a few places closer to me. Their clothes and consumable items are expensive, accessories are average price and a new road bike was excellent value- i paid RRP but they added shimano pedals, a few quality accessories and my choice of tyres

Excellent service and very helpful staff! I have got very wide foot and finding a pair of cycling shoes have always been difficult for me. With even just 30 mins to close, they still patiently let me tried on many shoes to get the right one! Though none fit at they end, they helped me to order a pair of special sized road shoes.

The customer service I received by everyone in this store was nothing short of excellent. They were super knowledgeable, polite and helpful with all my queries. Staff are helpful and shop well stocked. Went in on a busy day and received prompt service. The boys are knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped with selecting a bike. Didn't show the snobby attitude some bike shops have. Didn't push for the expensive bikes or accessories so overall a very good experience

Took my bike in for a silver service and a week later had it returned unwashed (it was clearly dirty/dusty) and I believe it hadn't been serviced. This was after I was told that the bike would be like brand new. Once I complained they seemed quite dismissive but did then re-do the service and washed the bike.

Super friendly bike store with excellent service. The after sales service here has been excellent. Everyone friendly and helped us sort some issues out when bought the wrong bike for my son which was completely our fault. Have bought a few bikes and had them serviced here and can highly recommend this store.

These guys know their stuff. Also super helpful and approachable. Didn’t laugh in my face when I put my headset in upside down and stripped all the bolts off my stem trying to fix it. They have a mechanic that used to work at teds cycles in Footscray. So it still keeps its small local bike shop feel. 5/5

Awesome service! Ordered a helmet online that arrived next day, it was too big & I thought I'd have a big hassle. One email was all it took then next day Dan from the Highpoint store called me to say they had the right size helmet waiting for me to come pick up. Couldn't be happier!
