Few days back my scooty ran out of petrol and it stopped after crossing Mahadevapura towards KR Puram Railway Station....I parked my scooty in service road and hardly got cool drink bottle and went there to fill the petrol...they said No...I requested them for long time and they told me to talk to manager, he was very rude and said No....what’s wrong in filling petrol in a bottle? What’s the point? Every other fuel station will fill the bottle...why not this guys will not? From that day I have decided not to visit this fuel station...and now weekly filling petrol near Tin Factory.

THIS IS NOT RELIABLE FUEL STATION. UNRELIABLE FUEL STATION. very rude behaviour from employees. If you ask for oil change for two wheeler, they will ask u to come only at 2:00 p.m. I went there at 7 p.m yesterday and today. When I asked petrol bunk guy who does the oil change for changing the oil immediately he hesitated to change oil. Also when I told that I will put negative review in google, he was not at all bothered, he said u go and put, we are not bothered. This shows their attitude towards their customers.

Descent petrol pump with card and upi payment accepted. Free air is available that too at 7 am which is plus point. One thing I didn't like is that the guy will keep his hand on the filing nozzle and will remove it immediately once the meter hits the pre set number. He should allow few seconds to dispense the fuel there in the pipe for which we have been charged already. But till now, I haven't observed then doing any typical scam or cheating which many of the petrol pumps do in Bangalore.

It has emission test, free nitrogen, normal air available. Petrol pump has Mak-Quik lube oil change facility. It accepts credit card, UPI and cash payments. I saw sign board of wash room (cannot comment on cleanliness as I didn't use it).

Our car broke down nearby and we had to park over here in an emergency. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and even called up a mechanic to help us out. The mechanic quickly rectified the issue and we were able to get back to our trip. The staff refused to accept money for any help, and tried their best to help us out.

According to my view It's like an normal service they are doing but one thing is that they had mentioned free air filling for the vehicles but they are not providing that if you want to fill air for your vehicle then you have to pay … ज़्यादा

Really bad service. They tapped my card twice and cut double money. When I went back to him and told him this. He said the first time transaction failed and that he showed us that it failed (he didn’t show us anything) Really bad service

Since I stay nearby and during my outstation trip early morning this fuel station is the only lifeline for refilling. Didn’t notice about the quality, but early morning I have the option to swipe the card. Air needs to 24/7.

Staff are very aggressive, they are not respecting the customers. Today it happened. No proper response . Management need to inform and train them how to respect and manage customers.

Staffs are not interested to do their duty and they are not cheating while filling.foe ex : If we pay 200 they will refill for 199 only.

Service is good, but something fishy about the puncture shop. Be careful I have noticed couple of times one-day they'll caught.

Entry and exit is a challenge as the ramp is not proportionate. Due to the metro work , people may miss the bunk easily.
