Hi Since there’s been changes at Ray White’s Canning Vale recently, I thought I drop a quick line to say hi and to provide some feedback. I have been dealing with this company for almost three years now and at this stage it looks like I might be renting for another couple of years yet; I’d like to see that we continue on with our relationship. I have to say, I am very satisfied with the level of customer service I have received from all Ray White’s Canning Vale staff throughout the entire time; we’ve had some misunderstandings at times, but generally all were resolved very quickly and professionally. At this point I would like to mention one of your staff, Sarah Armstrong. Sarah has been my point of contact all along, the way she handles everything is beyond reproach, also very professional and supportive. Working in the Retail and Customer Service field I’ve found staff don’t often get the acknowledgement they deserve. Credit where credit is due. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Not happy with the service we received from Lisa Lovey. We booked inspection her staff member was lovely super friendly and helpful. We put in application, got a text saying it was 99% approved just needed payslips. She called our references said they were all good. That night her and my partner exchanged a few calls, they both dialled the phone. I text her the next morning to ask how she went with application. no response. She didnt even let us know she’d rejected the application. When we questioned it her reasoning was my partner called her too many times. After she told us we were 99% successful, references are good and everything was all good. She rejected us over a few harmless calls. Not very professional. Not a fair way to run a business. I do not recommend this agent.

Excellent customer service, they are beyond friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone that will take great care of your Real Estate needs and treat your property as their it were their own. I personally believe that Beyond Real Estate stands out from other agencies that i looked into prior to making my decision. They offer affordable rates and a great service that you will not find anywhere else. You will not regret making the decision to switch over to this company!

Lisa at Beyond Real Estate sold four of our investment properties one block of land and our primary residence and our parents residence. 3 of the investment properties were very difficult to sell due to market conditions and Lisa with her persistence and good sales experience managed to sell them. Lisa enjoys what she does and is prepared to put the time and effort into having open inspections and doing whatever it takes to sell a property. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Lisa to sell your property.

Professional because Lisa offered extremely helpful advice & guidance and was a good listener to my requests. She should be congratulated as you don't always get this type of service nowadays...fantastic. Moreover it is called Beyond Real Estate because Lisa goes above & BEYOND to assist in any way, for example, she was prepared to help me with a difficult tenant and to move furniture in her free time, again fantastic & BEYOND! It's still very early in my relationship with Beyond Real estate, but its been a very positive experience so far. Communication has been great and Lisa has delivered on all her promises. One of the main reasons for me choosing Beyond Real Estate when compared to other property managers that I met with, was that Lisa felt more genuine than others.
