Stood there waiting to be served (I was the only one in the shop) while two staff members kept themselves busy. Another customer came in and was attended to straight away whilst I stood there in disbelief holding a shoe to try on for size. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is the second time it has happened. ✌

Phoned the company smack on Christmas rush and had a phone enquiry in regards to an out of stock shoe. NIKKI was more than helpful and bend over backwards with absolute politeness and a helpful mannerism where I could locate the out of stock shoes. very polite, well spoken and extremely helpful 10/10

Standing in there before the rush of customers came through (3 people). Not once did I get greeted. I had a shoe in my hand. I tried it on myself. Still no one says anything. Rush dies down. Lady greets new customer. Lost an $89 purchase.
