Don’t recommend you this real estate agency at all. Their main goal is to rent out the house and after that they will simply forget about good customer service. We had few issues with apartment we rented through them, only after moving in we found out that some items doesn’t work at all and all their response was we don’t check anything inside of the house, all we do is just put house on listing and that’s all. So before renting from them check all the appliances, in our case oven wasn’t serviceable (also there was some issues with leaking water in the bathroom and blocked drain). Also during viewing there was no dewa in apartment so there was no way to check if oven was serviceable or not. So before signing contract with them, make sure to check everything. One of their agent also did miscommunication with our current landlord, and because of that we had multiple issues. After addressing what their employee did, the answer simply was “she is not your assistant”. Level of customer service is really poor. Instead of making things work, they just blame tenants. For sure will avoid them and will never recommend my friends.

Manoshi Vora is the best agent I've ever worked with. She provided an outstanding support while I was offering and contracting. I was new in Dubai so she helped me with every single step, Ejari, DEWA, even suggesting where to buy furnitures etc. She also extended her support after I moved in, whenever I had an issue with the apartment she help me to communicate it with my landlord. She would do often follow ups, she worked as she cared about me and my needs, she would ask specific questions to understand what I wanted (even though I myself didnt know what I wanted) she would make recommendations even about apartments outside her working area, she analyzes my profile and seeks for apartments that match my profile and personality, not just my budget and what I tell her... Kiren in the marina office is a very professional, friendly, pro active agent. She listened to all my needs and matched my needs, she also managed my expectations professionally and strategically ;p , helped me to find my apartment that I am happy with and already settling in to feel like home. I liked Kiren as she is not your usual agent, she is not pushy, or wasting my time showing me options that do not match my wants just because the budget hits the mark. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mikayla at Better Homes whilst seeking my first rental apartment in Dubai. She was professional and courteous at the outset, and understood my criteria perfectly. I was very fortunate that she managed to secure a viewing for me at my preferred location at very short notice. I immediately took the unit and we had all the paperwork done within an hour. Her service didn’t stop there though. She was so helpful in walking me through the Ejari and Dewa process and even went out of her way to enable deliveries whilst I was travelling. Never, I repeat never use these clowns! I’ve been forced into using Betterhomes by their equally inept partner’s FAB bank for mortgage reasons. One particular guy (Luke Fernandez ) is completely out of his depth! One screw up after another, deal with the guy and you’ll see what I mean., I have no idea how he’s still employed? Perhaps Betterhomes think that he epitomises what the represent. I have all email communication with these people, they are pathetic, incompetent and a total waste of time. They’re only interested in taking your money and going nothing in exchange. I hope they don’t represent how business is conducted in The UAE.

Trustworthy company and especially Fabio Lombardi. I even sent the total purchase amount to the Better Homes bank account and then they wrote all of the checks and paid who needed to be paid as my bank account was not opened yet. I met other agents from other agencies and some outright lied to me or were just obnoxiously aggressive and not paying attention to what I was saying in terms of what I was looking for. Fabio and his team to close the deal were all professional and always available via WhatsApp or phone.

I had a horrible experience with this estate agent and I would not recommend at all. They had 2 agents one working with the seller and one working wirh me the buyer. I ended up cancelling the deal because the seller didn’t have basic documents required to proceed and in doing so lost out on valuation fees, time and more money and to this day the agency have done nothing to try and compensate my time or money. Very disappointed and lost all credibility with me .

Terrible attitude towards clients, despite a $10,000 commission, you may hear from an agent that you are literally nobody. Communication between the agent and the client is terrible, no one can explain the details of the contract and the rental process properly. Most agents are ill-mannered and do a poor job for that kind of money.
