Well after 3 years, two bikes and numerous discussions its time for a review. The team at Berwick cycles are fantastic. I found the service and support second to none. I recently had a full bike fit which was advised when I purchased my first bike. At the time i had a half fit to get me going (my choice). Having finally had the full bike fit i have learnt a lot about myself and what ill need to do to get more out of my cycling on a week to week basis. Snoz and Sean thanks for the advice and support. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get into cycling regardless of your level of ability.

Terrible service. My partner came in to ask about mountain bikes, wanting to get some more information about the brands and sizing and the guy offered no information about them and then proceeded to ask him if he wanted to buy a bike without knowing anything about it. I hope it was just this male's service but either way won't be returning.

Had a full Body Geometry bike fit. The difference is amazing. The service I got was outstanding. We went so far over time just to get it it right. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge and dedication topped of with passion to make me a happy biker again. Highly recommend Kristjan for a bike fit no matter what level you are at.

I don’t even live in Melbourne, but still make the trip here for these guys. Fantastic service, which makes all the difference when buying TOP end bikes. The team know their stuff, and never shy about helping you out. I purchased an SWorks Tarmac from them, which they built beautifully. Highly recommend

The Sunday service I received today was outstanding! I needed a new tube for an old borrowed bike. Crappy small job but the patience and service I received was well above expectation. If you live anywhere near Berwick and cycle you should get on Berwick cycles!
