Your Saturday 17 Sep female pharmacy assistant working at around midday is ATROCIOUS. Came in with my sister to get some Dermaid 1% (behind the counter). Female pharmacy assistant was in front of dispensary, writing something and called out, Hello, without looking up. We waited until she finished what she was doing to look at us, because it's just rude to serve a customer without any eye contact. When she stopped and looked up, she repeated hello, as if we were deaf. We requested Dermaid, at which point she automatically called for the pharmacist. The pharmacist was lovely, and when he gave out the product, he handed it to the pharmacy assistant. The pharmacy assistant scanned the product, and put it down next to her hand, and put through the EFTPOS transaction. She did not wait for the transaction to be completed, returned to writing on scrap paper, and told us to have a nice day. The medication was still on her side of the bench, no receipt, and we had to LEAN over to collect the medicine. This medication is also a S3 medicine, which requires a label from the pharmacy. No one put a label on this medicine, which is also illegal. My sister also works in a restaurant, and I work in pharmacy, and we both agreed that this customer service was exactly the definition of horrid.

I paid for a script at 2 pm today to be delivered to me at home as I have Covid and have to isolate . I called at 530 to find out how much longer it would be and was told it was on the way. We live less than 1 km from the chemist. It’s after 7pm and I still don’t have my script and the chemist is now closed so I cannot reach anyone. If the pharmacist sees this review tonight please deliver my antibiotics urgently.

Good service and friendly staff who are very helpful. Be careful though, you can't return any unopened tablets over 24hrs from purchasing them. I bought some and unfortunately it was a long weekend, so because of this I wasn't able to return the product. I do understand, but wasn't very happy! Other than that, they have everything you want or need in a chemist.

Great customer service, the staff are always lovely and very helpful. In regards to the customer not being served while on the phone and then being appalled by it.. I don’t blame the staff member, it’s rude to expect service while you’re on the phone and the fact that your can’t see that, well that’s on your appalling behaviour. Not the staff member.

Jenna helped to sign the statutory declaration for us, really appreciate it. We had tried some optometrists and other pharmacists in Bentleigh but got declined, we even had gone to police station but they don't do it now due to the COVID-19 virus... Jenna saved us. Thanks a lot!!!

Really nice to have a reliable pharmacy near to home. We had to pop in after seeing our GP for some medication. This was done with no fuss and in short time. The pharmacist was very nice in explaining all about the medication, dosage and intervals. Lovely place.

This pharmacy has competitive prices and the staff offer good advice, but best of all they are delightfully friendly! I always look forward to visiting.
