The worst bank in town. Been in 4 times now to simply open a bank account for my daughter- which I had the paperwork in hand for. First instance they told me to book online an appointment, next two times i booked an appointment- both times were cancelled- today I walked in with my baby and again was told I need a booking. Not one person in the bank and 4 people working. The lady mentioned they are closed between 1-2 and couldn't help me until tomorrow and would need to make a booking. They didn't want my service- therefore I went to another local bank. I will be moving all my accounts from Bendigo as they don't seem to want the business. Absolutely pathetic place.

I've had to deal with this branch and this bank finalising the deceased estate of my father. Staff are reasonably friendly but it has been excruciating working through anything. A lot of redoing forms and extra trips. Aaargh! Recently called to confirm the deceased estate account number as the head office call centre has 1 hour wait times. I was denied the information after ID of myself as an executor and answering several questions regarding last transactions. Confidence is shattered and I do not recommend this branch or this bank. Hang your head Bendigo Bank. The death of a family member is hard enough!

This is the most pathetic excuse for a bank. They close halfway through the day in the only time where people can come in on their lunch breaks to do banking. The other day I came in at 9:30am and by 9:41 the line was over 10 people long as only one teller serving. I will be moving my business elsewhere immediately.

Used to be a really good bank. The good staff left and were replaced with rude ones. Happy to withdraw our money out and go elsewhere. Not friendly and they dont care . Watch out also for their new bank fee's on your credit cards. 1 star is even to much.

It was supposed to be a community bank for the people but having to take half a day off work to get there before 1 o'clock closing time is boody ridiculous money grabbing typical bank so I will be changing to another bank that actually works a full day

This “bank” is certainly the single most poorly managed bank I have ever had the displeasure of banking with. Find another manager or just keep the thing closed so we don’t continue to make the mistake relying upon it.

Staff shortage causes long customer waiting time and the hours need to be extended or at least not closed over lunch time. The hard working staff are great.

This branch has changed their hours to 10am - 2.00pm. Arriving at the bank at 1.50 pm - already closed. Beginning to regret banking with Bendigo Bank.

Rude staff. Didn’t want to change coins for a customer. I normally shop and support local business, not doing business here again!!
