Had an absolutely awesome experience with the branch manager Nuran. She was very informative, helped us with all our questions at anytime and made herself available whenever we need to see her. Would strongly strongly recommend anyone to visit Nuran if they are looking to buying/building a house or for any financial information.

Disgusting service I got from this branch today asked if thay could deposit my money into my account I didn’t have my card but the teller would not even look my bank details up so I could put my money in poor poor service keep this up I will remove my money and go elsewhere

Went into branch with a small bag of coins from a fund-raiser. Two tellers, not a customer in sight. Was told by the tellers that they had no way of counting the coins. I thought you had to be able to count to work in a bank. Seriously.
