It's not exactly the nicest neighborhood/Strip Mall in Edmonton by a long shot. Maybe it was different 2 years ago but now that the city council has decided to NOT enforce bylaws right after going full Gestapo tactics for a virus that has a 0.03 mortality rate and of that the mean age was 82. Much higher than all cause mortality yet the downtown is a homeless/crime ridden hell hole and they have spread across the city as Ontario sends there economic migrants who out of 4+ million there is going to be 100'000s who do not care about Canada just what they can get for free. International students are abusing our food banks/ not paying rent killing landlords and making videos in Hindu and other languages on how to get free stuff like food meant for Canadian citizens that need to feed their children. Get involved at every level of government if you want change .

I used to love going here, but over the years I've noticed they don't look after there buildings, parking lots, maintenance .It just looks run down. The litter is brutal. I've got out of my car and had covid masks fly up and almost hit me. I noticed they cut down all there trees along Victoria trail which makes it easier to see the shops that was good. But that same long sidewalk by where those trees used to be is treacherous in the winter as the ones by the medi centre too. Always icy. Anyways maybe they will improve over time. Just too bad, it WAS a better place about 6 years ago.

Awful! They ask confidential questions loud enough for ALL to hear. I will not go back to this location their customer service is atrocious. The person taking my blood, ECG, then urine sample must have said 5 words to me and didn't make me feel comfortable whatsoever. Going against all of the posters they have slapped on the walls about a "positive" environment.

I walked there almost everyday I love the people around there it is one nice area to walk around they have nice shops to go into nice restaurants the Soby's there is great the Tim Hortons there is one of the best I've been to but then again after dark it gets kind of sketchy just like every place in the city but I love this place

First come first serve is not implemented and not followed. They get in people they know first considering that you’re on fasting. Don’t go here if you are asked to fast. You’ll end up fainting.

Staff is amazing. Boss is over amazing, active in the community. Gives back to the community. When I walk into Belmont Sobeys, am met with smiles. Never felt out of place. Prices are reasonable.

We found a place that has intelligent people working together and will serve their icecream in a cup with a cone at no extra cost or hassle. They are very polite and pleased to serve

Everything in this area is close to other shopping stores. Victoria Trail has Belmont Centre, Costco, Pet Store, Restaurants and highly recommend for all your Christmas needs.

Great little strip mall. Has it all, a pharmacy (Rexall), a grocery store (Sobeys), Belmont (liquor store), and so much more. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

There is everything you need sobeys, drugs store pizza place .lots of bussiness around this place very handy .

Not a bad strip mall area, not a lot to choose from or see but it has several useful stores.

Nice plaza with variety of stores I go there to the laboratory place .. Tim Hortons.

Convenient but not alot of parking at at times but overall not a bad spot

walk-in at the lab. only half hour wait and the staff was great!

I went to Dynalife and had bloodwork done super nice nurses !!

Tim Horton close by if you are visiting a dentist or test lab
