We felt rushed and stressed out with a combination of below average massage its a hard miss. We were expecting a relaxing time but was met with a fidgety stressed staff. Poor experience all round. The only saving grace was the sauna. 1. Environment - 2 out of 5 2. Shower - complete nightmare to figure out which led to a massive delay - 0.5 out of 5 3. Sauna - simply amazing! Might be helpful to set timers for customers - 5 out of 5 4. Staff - 2.5 out of 5 5. Stone massage - the lady felt stressed and a tad bit inexperienced and 2 days later my back actually hurts - 1.5 out of 5 6. The form - what a nightmare! With the exception of covid requirements, the forms took at least 15 minutes of my time. The worst bit is that they don't read the requirements you have taken time to include - 0 out of 5. 7. Additional services were given as options on the form, which we requested. Only to be told that its just a form not the actual service - 0 out of 5. *The owner or manager tried to pacify me by providing eye mask but overall I could have saved myself the poor experience and sat in the sauna all day. Least relaxing spa ever! Will certainly never make such a trip again!

This wasn’t quite the treat experience I was hoping for. The salon had been over booked so I was waiting about 25 minutes for my facial. It didn’t include the eye mask/treatment as described on the website & the treatment only ran for just under an hour when I had booked & paid for the 1hr 15minutes facial. The salon itself was messy/cluttered & in desperate need of TLC. The toilet door handle was being held on with cello tape. I had to clamber over the spray tan tent to get to the dingy treatment room. The massage table was hard & uncomfortable, & instead of being heated it was lined with a reflective survival blanket…..the type you receive after a marathon. Although the facial itself was nice & included a shoulder massage, I couldn’t relax properly with the massage with the sound of the blanket crinkling/rustling next to my ears.

I went in for a post-lockdown clean up and pamper session and could not be happier! From the professionalism at reception to the exceptional service I was provided by Pauline, my experience at Belle Vous was second to none. And incredibly good value for money! Pauline was attentive, professional and oh so good at her job! She made sure to get every hair down there for my Hollywood wax, and has transformed my face with beautifully shaped eyebrows and tinted eyelashes. We then went into pamper mode, where I was exfoliated to within an inch of my life before being treated to one of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!). I left feeling like a million bucks in a pile of jelly! (That’s good ) I could not recommend Pauline and the Belle Vous enough, and can’t wait to go back!

Belle Vous is a nice enough spa and salon, though the treatment rooms and bathroom are a bit tired. It’s not completely relaxing being able to hear noise from other rooms, various appliances and the doorbell. I booked a “Pamper Yourself” package, and it wasn’t mentioned on the website or the booking system that this includes time in the sauna. I was a little embarrassed when the manager informed me that I had 45 minutes of sauna time before my treatments - I didn’t have swimwear with me! However, the staff are lovely - and I would particularly like to thank Yuling, who did my treatments. The mud wrap, massage and facial were great, and were performed with care and effort.

Spent four hours in the salon for an eyebrow shape, back massage, manicure and pedicure. It was a birthday treat, and I've left feeling disappointed. I wasn't offered a drink of water/hot drink the entire time. The pedicure hasn't removed much of the hard skin, so I'll have to book an appointment elsewhere to get it done properly. A little more communication from the beautician would have been helpful. Massage and eyebrow shape were both good, and the manicure was good too. First time round the topcoat had air bubbles and it had to be done again. This was rectified accordingly. The owner is lovely and offered support to the beautician who did my manicure.

As always a lovely pedicure by Jasmine. Pedicures with Jasmine are a real pamper experience & her foot & leg massages are amazing which is why I always see her & come here. However today (not Jasmines fault), my treatment stopped 3 times as she had to go and answer the door & once was in the middle of the scrub so she had to de-glove etc & once meant by massage stopped abruptly. This isn’t fair on her or us the client. Either the establishment needs to have a receptionist or maybe don’t lock the front door so people can at least come in & wait at reception til somebody is free?

My Partner bought me a full body relaxing massage with some request to spend some time on my back pain and I left with an other pain that wasn’t exiting before. The muscles of my shoulders are now very very sored. The service was completely miss understood as the lady spend more time then expected in my shoulders area with a very strong technique leaving behind other area like my legs my neck etc I came with a very high expectation but unfortunately left disappointed and in pain However the attitudes of the ladys inside were friendly and polite.

I reviewed this salon 3 wks ago when I had a pedicure with Jasmine and gave it 5*. I booked a manicure but sadly outcome wasn’t the same. I did book Jasmine but she was off sick. My manicure took 1hr 40min (this wasn’t the luxury one) so I found it very time consuming compared to where I normally go but my finished shellac was lumpy on 2 nails and uneven. I wouldn’t come back for a manicure but still like the calmness of the salon and will come back for pedicures but only if with Jasmine.

I had a deep tissue massage with Paulina. It was an amazing experience! They were very professional, excellent customer service from answering enquiries and contacting me with updates. The facilities are very nice. I felt relaxed from coming into the spa with calming music, ambient lighting and water sounds. The massage was better than what I expected. Very thorough, professional and caring. I came out floating I would definitely recommend it and I will become a regular customer.

This was my first visit to Belle Vous Spa, I came here for a deep tissue massage with Jasmine. The spa is really well appointed, and much bigger than it appears on the outside. Price wise the massage is on a par with other places on the triangle. The massage was excellent and I would definitely come back to try one of the other treatments. I noticed that they had OPI products for their nail treatments too, which I really rate so I'd be likely to return for a gel manicure.

The manicure and pedicure were both OK. Attention to detail and finish could have been better and falls short of other salons. My main issue was that the cuticle removal drew blood on almost every finger and toe. Hours later the base of almost every nail is sore to touch and red. The therapist also disappeared after saying I'd need about fifteen minutes for my nails to dry and then didn't come back. A pretty disappointing experience. Wouldn't go back.

Had my make up done on Saturday by Olivia for a night out. Was greeted, seated and offered a drink as soon as I arrived. Lovely decor and friendly atmosphere. Make up came out great and stayed on all night despite it not feeling heavy. The make up artist was recommended to me by a friend and if I had enough time I would have had my hair done too as I saw the amazing results from another girls blow dry. I will definately be going back!!

Wonderful place!!! Really relaxing atmosphere & had the best pedicure! Jasmine was so nice and not only did I get a good pedicure but a mask, exfoliation and a hot stone leg massage so long I nearly fell asleep!! Nice massage chair to sit in and given mint & cucumber water. Prices here were same, if not cheaper than other salons but I got a much more pampered experience. I’ll now look to have more of my beauty treatments here now. 5*

This was my first visit to Belle Vous Spa & Salon I was pleasantly surprised by the soothing music just the right type for drifting off and it felt like I was on cloud 9 if you know what I mean. I've already shared my experience with a group of my friends and they will be booking a session as soon asap. Lovely setting I highly recommend you pay them a visit you won't be disappointed. PS simply the best.

I recently had a high bikini wax which was an unpleasant experience as the therapist was clearly struggling with the strength of hairs and had to go over and over her work with hot wax causing my skin to pucker and blister. Still feeling uncomfortable down there a week later. I’m be sticking to ‘Skin Touch’ opposite from now on , have never had this problem there, just wish they opened Mondays!

Really disappointed in how I was spoken to at my waxing appointment. The therapist persistently complained about the strength of my hair and essentially asked me not to come back at the end. I have been waxing for over 15 years and never been spoken to in this way. I recommend the salon improve training and consider how they cater for woman of all ethnic backgrounds. I will not be returning.

Great staff, very serene atmosphere. A nice place to escape everyday life, relax and reflect. I’ve booked a couple of pedicures for my partner (who was pregnant at the time) and she was made to feel very special (which she is!). I use the sauna all the time and I think it’s such a brilliant feature, an ideal place to detox from everything! Highly recommended.

It was my first time since the beginning of lockdown in March 2020 that I've been to a salon. It was a really lovely experience - very clean and professional. Excellent value for money. Iyesha was lovely and friendly and made me feel completely at ease after a long time having not had a wax! Would recommend and will definitely go back.

I walked in to get a regular mani w OPI lacquer. The lady who attended me was really great and attentive to detail but the polish didn’t last a day. I got my nails done YESTERDAY and today they are completely wrecked. This has never happened. This place needs to get better quality or new colors bc this isn’t a good experience.

Really professional and welcoming little gem in Crystal Palace. Felt like a full blown spa. My treatment was a lymphatic massage. The therapist (I can't remember her name) was lovely, super friendly and took her time. Didn't feel rushed, in fact I think I was given extra time. Can't recommend highly enough.

I come here for mainly the sauna. I love this place. It's great way to escape and hide in the sauna to let yourself completely melt 30 to 40 min. The great thing it's small sauna space & cosy so it's either me or my partner alone. We get provided clean towels and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a massage in Crystal Palace, then look no more. Best massage ever! I had the hot stone massage this time and have previously had the warm bamboo massage and the deep tissue massage. I couldn’t say which was best, each one was amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

Belle Vous is amazing. I have my eyebrows shaped here and it is honestly the most calming and relaxing experience! Iyesha is so lovely and takes such time and care over the treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you for a really lovely experience as always.

Great first wax after lockdown with Jasmine! The service was professional and she was lovely, she put me at ease instantly. They are following Covid-19 guidelines and it all felt safe and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I would recommend and I will be going back!

I had a massage, mini facial and pedicure and it was all great. Both therapists were very good, discreet and professional. The pedicure was better than other places I’ve visited, even if we ran over time the lady took her time and didn’t rush it. I will be back!

I have been to Belle Vous twice for bikini waxing. The staff make you feel comfortable and this was especially important for me as I’m heavily pregnant. The lady worked super fast so I didn’t have to lie on my back for long but still did a good job. Thanks!

I'm really surprised by the positive ratings here. I went here for a gel manicure and it was wrecked within a few days. I think because I wasn't instructed to wash my hands before application something did not seal correctly. Complete waste of money.
