Llegue a las 10:00! Hice una reservación online. Cuando llegue, la recepcionista me comentó que la persona que hace las uñas no pudo ir a trabajar pero que ella podía hacérmelas. Me senté, me pregunto que color quería pero ella solo tenía disponible 7 colores todos marca de farmacia y solo dos colores OPI! (Cuando yo hice el booking decía que el tratamiento era Gel manicure OPI, pero OPI no tenía nada) así que acepte igual. Puso mis manos en acetona por alrededor de una hora, y luego me comentó que el gel que yo tenía era muy fuerte que normalmente los asiáticos usan esas pinturas con químicos también hizo un comentario racista pero no le presté atención. Luego me limo las uñas con una máquina y me debilito mi uña y me rompió 3. Luego le pedí que me las cortara PORQUE OBVIAMENTE ELLA ME LAS ROMPIÓ! y cuando procedió a pintarlas! La pintura NO era de gel. El trabajo estuvo mal hecho, y cuando le dije que ella no era profesional ni tenía la mínima idea de cómo hacerlo! Insinuó que yo no queria pagarle! Cuando yo muchas veces le dije que el DINERO NO ERA EL PROBLEMA! Sino que ella no era profesional. Lo que me preocupa de todo es que el lugar también dan cursos! Cursos de que? Si ella no fue capaz de hacerme un manicure y me rompió tres de mis uñas naturales!

The ambience and environment was very comforting and the people working there dealt with the upmost class, respect, kindness and professionalism I have seen in a beauty salon or Spa. I felt welcomed and the massage I received really helped me with my pain from my arthritis. My face felt smooth, clean and clear after receiving a hydra facial and I would definitely recommend to any and everyone to go to this Spa. I was extremely pleased with my trip.

Staff are so friendly and the owner, Sunita, has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable on all areas of health and beauty. Very professional and classy place. I would recommend the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage and the hot stone massage, the best. Will definitely be seeing me again.
