I am very disappointed by the service I received today. About 2 months ago I accepted the Valentine's promotion that they had about leaving $100 usd for lip filler. Well, it took until now to collect the money since I had already set aside that service with the $100. Well, I finally arrived, which by the way is approximately 45 minutes away. The girl denied me the service since I still had lip filler from the last time, which was 6 months ago. I usually go elsewhere and have never had a problem. Well, when they denied me the service, I asked that they return the $100 usd. She said that she would talk to the owner, I told her that I would wait at the clinic since I obviously needed that money, she called the owner and told me that she did not know when she was going to answer, apart from that they could not return that money to me. It seemed unusual to me, if you are denying me the service then it is OBVIOUS that you have to return the money. I filled out the risk form and when I left they wanted to keep it, I think to use it against me. I denied that they would keep it and that they would return it to me because I did not want them to keep my information or signature. The worker told me that it is SURE that they were not going to return it, but that she would send me a message, because I never received an answer, I try to dial and it sends me to the mailbox. It is so sad that the owner is treated being Hispanic and they know that as a Hispanic women in this case me, or anyone it is difficult to obtain money. It's not 10 usd, it's 100 for me. I had used the service before and had Andy and never had an issue until now.

I’ve gotten my lips done by Nurse Bae Jenn and love her! She is very informative and patient. She made sure to explain the process and go over in detail the dos and donts and takes the time to really hear what your lip goals are. She’s super sweet! I also recently had a tummy tuck and was dealing with alot of swelling. Coming out of surgery my surgeon provided basic after care but feel like I was given more aftercare knowledge when I started going for my post-op lymphatic massages! I started seeing Anjela and Andy and they have been nothing but helpful through this journey! They have helped my swelling go down tremendously, as well as giving great medical advice on tips to help heal quickly. I walked in there hunched over having trouble walking and walked out feeling so much better! I look forward to my massages with these ladies who not only are professionals but make me feel SO comfortable when I go in for my lymphatic massages! I will definitely recommend them to people. It’s the best one stop shop! I’ve gotten my facials there too!

I do not recommend. I made an appointment for a consultation. After more research I emailed and stated I was canceling the appointment because I think PDO threads would benefit me more than filler. The lady emailed back and was like you don’t have to cancel we do pdo threads. I was like okay. I went to the consultation and the lady told me they don’t do it and based on the picture I showed her of one of their clients she told me the filler is more noticeable right after injection and the change would be subtle but more noticeable when I contoured my nose with makeup. This conversation probably took 2 minutes and they wanted to charge me $60 for a consultation and I asked the receptionist why am I paying $60 for something I was told you do but when I get here you told me you don’t do it. The woman I had the consult with is not even the lady that does the procedure, the receptionist told me to reschedule with a nurse because they can do the procedure. I left confused and won’t be returning.

Frustrated at spending $300+ for a luxury service without the experience. My specialist for my facial was very sweet and my skin is glowing, but had no privacy. Someone was getting a Facial right next to me. The receptionist desk was behind a curtain a few feet away, hearing every conversation and someone watching TikTok videos. Other guests and their specialists walking past me loudly talking and other professionals having conversations while I'm trying to relax during the service. The music was interrupted every few moments with ads... Nothing states any of these things while booking your appointment. Just disappointed as it came highly recommended by a friend.

As soon as I walked in Bella Med Spa I felt beautiful everything and everyone there is beautiful and kind and so welcoming. I went a few times for them to work on my stomach with this machine that helps zap my fat cells away. The machines they have are awesome. I went another time for a facial and took my teenage son for a facial too. My face felt so smooth and soft., we loved it. The owner Irma Vargas is absolutely fabulous and so humble. I definitely recommend all my family and friends go to Bella Med Spa. They have so many services and they are all performed by beautiful professional ladies. Thank you Bella Med Spa ❤️

I had a terrible experience here. They are not upfront about their pricing in the slightest. I walked in and they abruptly told me I needed a medical consultation which was an extra $75. Then, they proceeded to tell me lip fillers were actually $875 when on their website it was $429. They told me this when I was already sitting in the chair for my procedure. Obviously, I was unable to afford this pricing. They should absolutely state this on their website or tell the clients beforehand. I don’t recommend this place at all, and to be quite frank, would heavily discourage anyone from going here.

I’ve had nothing but superb experiences at Bella MedSpa every time I’ve had a service done. I want to specifically shout out the front desk staff for their great customer service and a special shout out to Jenn or better know as Nurse Bae Jenn. I absolutely love Jenn! She’s done my lips a few times. She is so great at what she does and I appreciate the fact that she walks you through the procedure and gets to know you and even follows up with you after the appointment to make sure you are doing well. I know I’m in good hands when I go to Bella MedSpa.

I definitely recommend everyone to come here, the girls working here are SO nice and professional,, they greet you and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through their door. The nurses doing the injectables are also very nice and informative, they answered all of my questions and they are very gentle when working on your face. I got a non surgical nose job, and my nurse Shantal did an amazing job. She gave me after care instructions, answered all my questions, and gave me the results I wanted. I will keep coming here for more services.

She was very educational throughout the whole process and truly made me feel comfortable. All the girls here know what they are doing enhancing one’s natural beauty. I had been doing research on preventive botox for a while but wanted to go with someone that knew what they were doing. I didn't want to look fake. Jenn did my botox (forehead and masseter) and she did a wonderful job! It looks natural and I still have expressions. You can definitely see a difference in my forhead lines. She is very informative and professional. I would highly recommend her. I also got an eyelash lift and they did an awesome job. I loved my eyelashes. I will be back at Bella for for services.

I love this place , i went about 2 months ago and got my lip filler for the first time with Irma she was so nice and explained the procedure before starting & explain every single thing she was doing while doing the procedure, i recently went back to get my lips touched up With Jenn and it was the same experience. They are both very good injectors and very good at getting you what you want. I will continue to come back and refer people to bella spa . and too add of they have great customer service .

I went for a facial and unfortunately the service was great but the experience wasn’t. The esthetician was really nice and my skin was great. BUT I was trying to relax and it’s not a private room so I heard other peoples conversations (another person getting a facial next to me and the receptionists), you can hear people walking in and out and the toilet flushing. The music station had ads so it’s hard to relax when you hear a taco bell commercial instead of spa music. Sad I paid $200 for that.

The place is super duper cute! I love Irma’s hand! Not only is she the sweetest girl ever. She’s very professional and gives the best advice for you personally. I’ve gone to her a few times now and I’ll never ever go to any other person for my lips. I love mine. I also love the girls that work there. They’re all so sweet and talkative. I plan to go for brows and maybe other stuff in the future just because I love them. ❤️ You won’t regret going here if you are thinking of something to get.

I’ve been following Bella Med Spa and Dallas Beauty Nurse for some time, and I absolutely love their work. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. And I especially appreciate the transparency provided through their IG posts. I have been contemplating about getting lip fillers, but don’t want them over done or looking unnatural. However, I would love to try it with Dallas Beauty Nurse as she does an outstanding job. I will be scheduling an appointment soon for my beauty needs.

Me being a guy I was a little on edge about visiting a spa to have a facial. My esthetician was comforting and treated me like I had been there for many years with awesome hospitality and care. I went in for a Non Surgical Nose Job this past November (2021) and Irma is amazing!! Before injecting she informed me with a lot of important information and made me feel very comfortable. I went to Bella Med Spa for Laser hair removal and my experience with Bianca was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. I love how my skin was very soft after my treatment and the fact that i didnt have to shave as much as i did before. It definitely takes a couple sessions depending on how much hair or the thickness of the hair but it is wort it.

Nurse Jen left me leaving my appointment so confident!! It was my first time getting lip filler and she made my experience the absolute best.
