Poor Customer Service. I ordered a dozen of red roses, they delivered a multi colored bouquet of roses. They admitted their mistake but didn't offer any compensation or reasonable remedy for their mistake. Their only suggestion "we'll pick the flowers back up". Nice job on a special occasion. Unprofessional.

Absolutely stunning flowers! I live out of town and called over the phone and asked for an arrangement for about $50. They provided same day service with absolutely fresh and gorgeous flowers that made my aunt's heart melt. Nice job for Bell Bay florist I will always use them as my go-to florist.
