We ordered the double farmhouse sink and after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, we were told that it had been delivered already. So....someone out there has scored a free sink. Belfast sinks went above and beyond, supplying us with a replacement sink which arrived in two days. The sink is glorious, and we have had so many people commenting on how beautiful it is. Money worth spending.

Horrible experience. Was told there would be a 7 week wait on my taps, I had to chase them up after waiting 8 weeks to be told they had the taps and would dispatch them, another 5 weeks down the track I call again and they say they don’t have the taps. Been living in a house with a kitchen and no tap, completely unacceptable.

Their products are stylish and unusual - not your standard, cookie-cutter type stuff - and the quality and value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

Inferior products (ours cracked within two months). Complete lack of any aftersales service, warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. You can expect the reply "It's your fault" without so much as an inspection. I wouldn't touch these guys with a ten foot barge pole. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I ordered a double butler sink and three sets of taps. All arrived promptly, matched the description perfectly, and the sales and service was excellent.

All his taps have been copied and made in china. The fireclay sinks are the same very light and hollow when knocking
