I have been Beh and Yo's customer for several years now and prior to the opening of their second shop here at Platinum Park, they have been delivering a range of excellent services, such as rabbit care advice, grooming, and boarding, at their Plaza Damas branch. They even have a large assortment of Oxbow products, ranging from toys designed to enrich rabbits' lives and food specifically meant to keep them healthy. So, as soon as I learned that they opened this branch, I immediately dropped by to have a look at their latest establishment. If you are coming here by car, I highly advise you to park your car at the public parking space located right in front of the shop. From there, there's a staircase leading up to the shop. Once you step into the store, you'll be welcome by a large, clean cosy interior. It will give you the impression that this branch is more luxurious than the Plaza Damas branch due to the furnitures and materials they used to erect this place. The staff over there are very friendly and unlike regular salespeople in mainstream pet shops, they are very rabbit-savvy. They know what your rabbit needs, can determine whether your rabbit needs medical attention and offer you pointers on how to give your rabbit(s) a wonderful life. Taken together, customers who are new to owning rabbits can benefit from their wisdom and services. My bunnies (Lovey and Bubble) take extreme delight whenever they pay a visit to Beh and Yo (either for grooming, boarding or both) because they know they will get a thorough grooming session from Beh or any one of this assistants, who are also highly experienced in handling and grooming rabbits. While doing so gently and lovingly, the rabbit groomers take extreme care. If you are looking for a place to board your rabbits while you're away, Beh and Yo can help you with that. No one to feed your sick rabbits while you're away as well? Just hand the meds to the staff, let them know what needs to be done and they will do it for you, free of charge. Beh and Yo remains to be the only place that I will board and groom my rabbits. Not only because the space is a rabbit's paradise but also I can rest easy knowing that a team of extremely rabbit-savvy staff is looking after them attentively, including making sure they are well-fed and well-hydrated. If you are looking for a rabbit specialist store who also offer boarding services, I cannot recommend Beh and Yo enough. Their prices are competitive, their rabbit-savvy staff are down to earth and more importantly, my rabbits have given them the paw of approval.

Came here for grooming session. I mostly frequent the mont kiara one despite klcc is way nearer to my home due to familiarity with the staff there and upon entering the premise I was greeted with an unpleasant odor... I noticed the AC was off hence explained the poor ventilation. Mentioned casually to the staff while passing my bunny - “wow it kinda smell a little too strong in here” hoping it would hint them to turn the AC/ whatever ventilation system on but it was only done in the next 20 min or so while I waited in the store (cause really I was just there to make a quick stop for my bun grooming sesh). Yea I could’ve waited outside but there were guys out there smoking in the corridor, so I’d rather stay inside. Hope the staff can be a little more alert next time to ensure a customer can wait in a more comfortable environment.. to be honest, even when I brought a friend over months back to both branches, she was surprised at how the stores had no smell so today’s experience was a bit of a disappointment to me. Otherwise, excellent job done on the grooming as always. Thanks for getting rid of all the molting furs!

This is the second time that I have used their boarding services in the past 2 months. Their place in Platinum Park is obviously as top notch as the location you have in mind. I mean, if it’s in this location it’s gotta be high end. That is the exact vibes I got from this location. My guinea pigs, Milo & Oreo seem to have gone for a luxurious 5-star staycation while I was away. Beh & Yo specializes in rabbits and guinea pigs so I know my babies are in good hands & have a peace of mind when leaving them there. I get a video update once a day too.

The best place to shop for your bunny's enrichment toys and their foods and trusted for grooming as well. They also have boarding service specifically for bunny. Clean and cozy environment, and both the owners, Mr Beh and Ms Yo are very lovely people, and they will go above and beyond to assist you and your rabbits. My go-to place for grooming, boarding, and buying hay and treats.

Visited the new branch located in KLCC area.. as expected, the surrounding environment is very high-end and luxurious as indicated by the address itself Compared to the Dutamas branch, this branch is definitely more spacious and luxurious giving that all the furnitures, furnishings and materials are all new...

first time visit this place, although i havent experienced my bunny grooming and boarding here but i can feel the vibe is very pet friendly, and most importantly is very safe :) the malay staff served me well and recommended me some stuff for my bunbun, will definitely do grooming and boarding here in the future!

The best breeder that is ethical, responsible and helpful. They will teach you all rabbits knowledge that you need to know and will help you even you are not getting your rabbits from them. Has been a returned customer for more than three years.
