They may not be perfect, but they try to honor their 5-star guarantee! Make sure you get specific details of who will do the work. They did a Bait-n-Switch with me, telling me how the plumber has 27 years of LICENSED experience, sent his photo & a brief bio of him and how he is a family man, etc... When he showed up, he had a sidekick/Trainee who did all the work UNSUPERVISED. The licensed guy never even looked under my sink, he spent the entire time OUTSIDE on his cell phone, roaming/casing out(?) my property instead. The Trainee was sweet & professional and admitted that he wasn't licensed, as he couldn't figure out why my unit didn't work when he installed it and it leaked, looking to me as though it wasn't installed properly. The licensed guy never checked his work. Trainee miraculously had another unit on their truck that I could get, for over $1200, otherwise I owed over $600+ for a non-working unit and now a leaking sink. I opted to pay double, to get my sink in working order. Amazingly, he was able to take off my allegedly non-working unit and replace it with their unit, in about 5 minutes, after it took him almost 2 hours to take off the initial unit and then claim my replacement unit didn't work. Shouldn't the Licensed plumber be supervising this mess?! After they left, I had to call them back, because the rubber drain piece was never attached. If the Trainee was properly supervised, this would/should have been caught and not further inconvenienced me. I felt that this was their intentional game/fraud. When I let them know that I wasn't happy and suspected Fraud, their Customer Service rep/manager called to apologize and offered to refund me 50%, which I accepted. HOWEVER, it took 2 weeks to finally get the refund, after I had to ask about the status of it, it came in 3 days which included the weekend. 5-star service shouldn't be this painful for the customer. But, to their credit, they made things right, after I complained. I rated as a "4" because I had to follow-up on their promised refund. Five-star reviews SHOULD be from happy customers who don't have to work this hard for what is right.
I recently contacted Bee's Plumbing to address an issue with my dated tankless water heater. The entire process, from initial contact to completion, was impressively efficient and took two days. On the first day, Christian arrived to diagnose the problem. He was thorough in his assessment, taking the time to explain the issues he found with my current setup. Christian provided me with a detailed list of potential solutions including the pros and cons along with transparent pricing. Following the diagnosis, Christian and Josh arrived the next day to perform the replacement. What stood out the most was the team's expertise and professionalism. Christian and Josh were not only knowledgeable about various plumbing solutions but they were also remarkably efficient. One thing that stood out to me from Christian and Josh was that they genuinely focused on doing what was best for me as the customer -- providing me with an excellent installation that was tailored to my specific situation. Overall, the combination of expertise, customer-centric service, and professionalism sets them apart. I plan to rely on Bee's for any future plumbing needs. A special shoutout to Christian and Josh – they are truly the best plumbers in the business, demonstrating exceptional skill and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
We had a very good experience with Bee’s Plumbing. Dmitri and his plumbing assistant were prompt, tidy and efficient. Dmitri explained a couple of different options to fix my old leaking galvanized drain pipes. I originally chose the least expensive and time efficient route. Once Dmitri dug into my issues he brought me back into the discussion to point out a few things about old galvanized plumbing. He showed me a length of pipe that needed replacement that was more than 75% clogged with rust after 60 something years. He explained this was very common on homes that used this type of drain pipes 60 years ago. He insisted he could address my original problem but it was only a short term fix that will present itself somewhere else another day. In short, my problem wasn’t going to go away forever. I quickly convinced myself that Dmitri’s recommended repair that was thousands of dollars, not hundreds, was going to be my best overall solution. Thank you Dmitri and crew and Bee’s Plumbing for a timely and thorough repair. I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. I spent more than I expected but definitely got my moneys worth. Good plumbers aren’t cheap but cheap plumbers aren’t good, so there’s that.
The expansion tank exploded on my water heater and what was taking BestPlumbing, and Gene Johnson over 4 days to address, Bee’s Plumbing solved in less than 5 hrs. Demitri and Bogey arrived and had a new heater and expansion tank ready to install within an hour. They were professional, pleasant, great communicators, super tidy, and did absolutely fantastic work. Five+ excellent stars for Bee’s Plumbing. Would hire them again in a second. The other companies I tried dealing with have been bought out by large companies who just don’t get the customer experience or their employees. Save yourself the heartache and frustration that I went through, and just call Bee’s first.
Hayden was great! Showed up on time and provided estimates. Fixed one issue but had to return to resolve the second issue. Was on time, courteous and helpful. Bees were good at contacting me to let me know when Hayden would be showing up and sent a nice bio so I knew what their employee looked like etc. I was especially grateful to hear that the plumber’s truck was being repaired so he was driving a rental. That was useful to know. I will definitely contact Bees again if I need plumbing services in future.
Great experience. Plumbing issues are always scary to deal with but Paul eased my mind. Paul and the team came in, looked at the issues and came up with multiple options I could choose from. They explained the options and showed me step by step what they were doing. If he needed to make adjustments he also explained what he was doing and asked permission. I had a different plumber but will start going to Bees plumbing for future needs. Thank you again.
Sam and his apprentice arrived within a timely manner. Both individuals were professional and honest with my concerns regarding my setup and were able to install my tankless water heater quickly and without any issue. It is hard to find a plumber that is fair and honest when it comes to cost. Sam evaluated the install and made an honest price for his work. Due to his work ethics and honesty in the future I will use Bee's again.
Thank you, Bee's Plumbing! Mike and his apprentice tackled all the unexpected items and existing challenges in my upstairs bathroom. From tracking down a hard-to-find Moen stem faucet, to troubleshooting the push/pull shower handle, to re-seating a rocky toilet, they delivered. On time, wore booties, full cost disclosure before starting; they were just fantastic.
Doc, the plumber who addressed the leak in my laundry room was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There were 2 faucets, in which 1 was leaking. I wanted a new valve replaced, but Doc suggested he could cap both pipes since I never used these faucets. It was a very good solution and I am pleased with the outcome. The staff also are professional and nice.
Tate and Ethan were awesome! We had a unique bathroom, vanity drain project and not only were they able to finalize our installation, but suggested a few other updates to our old connections. We went ahead and did those suggested upgrades, and I felt like it was a reasonable price for the three hours they spent. Highly recommended.
