Rude, unreasonable, unhelpful, hypocritical staff with double standards, who constantly make up their own rules. They are taking advantage of the location - if there was another postoffice nearby I sincerely doubt anybody would use this one. Post office should seriously look at the practices here, they are unbelievable. -1 Star!

30/12/19 at 1400 appx my prepred parcels were scanned which were wrapped in shrink wrap film. But upon collecting she refused to accept and asked me to put cellotape on them. i went to Asda spend time there. did bought tape and upon coming back had to be in queue again. i found them unfriendly and not courtious.

I find staff working really hard at this post office, its gets very busy around lunch times. I have always had efficient and professional servic.last minute I was looking for curruncey and they introduced with travel money card which is really helpful . Thanks for being a great local post office.

I absolutely agree with Ray London’s comment below! I have been using this post office for years and am always left completely outraged by how stuck up and rude the staff are. I work in customer service and could definitely teach these people a thing or two like the golden rule...SMILE!

The woman is so unhelpful it’s abysmal. She refuses to help (even when it’s an issue that would be easy for her to fix). I went to another post office 5 minutes down the road and my issue was fixed in 5 minutes. Ridiculous.

Very rude staff here. I’ve noticed that they treat the place like a family business rather than a publics post office. 5th or 6th time using their facilities and I think I’ll try a different next time I need a post office.

Just visited and told by the rude chap at the other side of the counter that I can't pay cash into a Santander account post offices don't allow it and was then told to go to the bank. Thanks for your lack of assistance.
