The hotel is positioned in a great location close to the train station. My room was clean and a nice size on the lower level. View out of the window of the garden. The bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle was a decent size, however, there were some tiny black mould stains on the grouting and in the corners, this let the shower room down a bit. The shower door wasn't connected to the runner at the bottom of the door and this made it harder to open. Breakfast was continental style. Plenty of rolls and pastries. The price for an overnight stay was fairly priced. If I'm in the area again I would consider staying there again.

Me and my auntie booked here for 2 nights and paid £243. The staff was helpful and flexible. However the shower head in our bathroom was literally falling off once I touch on it. I called for the reception to tell them what happened and they said the can not find some one to fix it. I understand that it take a while and quite hard to get an repairer in new year time. I talked to a receptionist face to face and he said only think they can do that we have to go into an different room to take a bath and come back our room to stay. I can’t understand why do I have to do it. So we can’t take a shower for 2 day. Really Unsatisfield!!!

Spent a comfortable night here on a Saturday night. Stayed in a family room. Room was clean and well enough appointed, although the TV was mounted on a bracket that was never going to allow easy reviewing from either the double, nor divan. Plenty of loo roll and a loo brush (won't find that in a Premier Inn). Shower gel provided was of the Radox hanging variety. Continental breakfast was included, but was fairly basic in selection, still, Beckenham has a wealth of cafés that serve such a broad selection of breakfasts and brunches, so that this is hardly a stumbling block. Overall good value and I would happily stay again.

We have just finished a 2 night stay here for a family wedding. The owner and her son are lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a family room and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental but wow what a great selection of food. Again the owner of the hotel was there to greet you at breakfast and made the whole experience seemless. The food was plentiful and wholesome and was restocked when it started to run low. We will certainly be visiting again and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

The water flow in the shower stops suddenly. But literally everything else is great. Decent breakfast, helpful staff that will point you to an iron and ironing board if needed. Laundromat is about 20 minutes away and rooms are nice and clean.

This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.

Very accommodating host. Booked 4 rooms for a wedding function close to the hotel proximity. We arrived early and asked if there was a room available to get dressed. The host not only found a room but even sorted out all room keys, so on return, we could all go to our individual rooms. Breakfast and parking are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Stayed here for one night and it was a lovely stay. Bed was so comfortable and the hotel was very peaceful, we couldn't hear a thing so we slept extremely well. The continental breakfast was well stocked with tasty treats. Very close to local shops, bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely stay and recommend to anyone for a peaceful stay in Beckenham.

Disappointing. Hotel was booked and charged for to include continental Breakfast, but upon arrival was told breakfast was not available due to covid, which is rubbish as hotels were allowed to serve breakfast at the time if our stay. No refund was offered. Buyer beware.

Have stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed both of them. Lovely staff, nice room, warm, quiet and clean. Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice and fresh fruit, good coffee. I enjoyed staying in Beckenham Park Hotel for 1 day. Its 5 minutes walk from bus station and underground station as well. The hotel is very quite. The room is nice comfortable. Its also good for price.

Simply Racist, we called to book a few rooms for our wedding guest, rooms were available, we turned up and all of a sudden nothing is available, we go online and it shows they have rooms, simply the colour of our skin, shame you all.
