No professionalism. They have untrained people who are practicing on young customer as they did on my daughter. When she mentioned about the off they were giving on showing the their pamphlets....full body wax is for £35 and don't know how made the money total more than that and asked her to pay £39 then brought it down to £35 after 10% off. They didn't do her wax properly becaz she went herself and didn't confront them when things were going wrong. Rather than compensation they charged her extra. Wasted her time and didn't wax properly as well. After a week I had to take her again for waxing. I'll never ever use their services again.

This is my nth time visit to Beauty Spot by Hema.. :) When I landed London 6 months ago it was difficult to find a beauty salon near my place at Goodmayes. Then through Google reviews I visited this place. The ambience was really good and appreciated. Hema always welcome her customers with a smiling face and answers very politely. I was impressed by her services in my recent haircut. It was a customised hairstyle. To be mentioned, not like other beauticians Hema only recommends what suits us, she will not force us to do something which doesn’t look good on us. I’m happy to recommend others and must try at Goodmayes.

The best beauty parlour in the whole area and East London so far sister doe’s beautiful threading and beauty treatment she is so nice and caring not only look after me also look after my baby when I go my eyebrows on point and upper lips never had any complain I’m so glad to be ur customer been coming here for years and years since young age . Now i travel from Romford to get my threading done because of the service reliable caring 1st class nice and clean place . Love going to this place. Thank you for your service

My go to salon Beauty Spot by Hema! I’ve been there many times for different services from facials to Balayage hair. Misbah(stylist) has colored my hair, and cut it many times, and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. The prices are great for the service I get from owner Hema, she personally gets involve with the client needs and I have always been satisfied with the service. This is my favourite spot to go to when it comes to hair. I highly recommend!

I went there for the very first time Yesterday for my daughter's hair cut. I must say, Amara did an amazing job. All the staff and specially the owner Hema and barbaress Amara were very wArm welcoming and generous. I should mention here that Amara did my daughter's hair cut very peacefully, not in a hurry. I waxed / threaded my eyebrows here and I am absolutely fuming. My eyebrows are quite thick and I mentioned that I did not want my eyebrows to be thin, just tidied up and shaped (arch). Now I hardly have any brows left, they are so thin and out of shape. The shop was quite busy so I didn’t want to cause a commotion but I will NEVER go back to this salon !

I had my laser hair removal treatment from Beauty Spot and Hema did an amazing job. I started noticing wonderful results just after 3 sessions. I am very happy and satisfied with their laser hair removal treatments. I would definitely recommend Beauty Spot by Hema for laser hair removal treatments and other beauty treatments as well.

I have been getting laser treatment done by Hema since last year, and it has been amazing. I had too much of facial hair earlier but the hair growth has become so less now and even when hair comes it is extremely thin. I am very happy with the service provided here. Thanks a lot …

Omg what a wonderful and professional person is Amara, so so kind and my haircut looks AMAZING!!!! I wanted layers but not much off the length she delivered!!!! I'll be flying back to London for her and bringing all the fam she's made my absolute year!

Me and my friend went there today for haircut. I must say that the hair cut was so good and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Very nice salon and will go to this salon from now onwards. Lovely people and awesome service. I love my hairs now.

The absolute best for eyebrow threading! Stumbled upon this salon by chance but will never go anywhere else now. Staff are super lovely and accommodating and I always leave with the most perfect eyebrows. Highly recommend.

Do not go there to get your eyelashes done. The woman who does it does not know what she is doing. She socks the eyelashes in glue and when it fries it is rock hard. I do not recommend this place to anyone
