All I can say is wow so happy I followed through with an ad searching for Lash models. Got an appt with a new technician in training who gave me an appt to let her practice doing lash extensions. She was a lovely woman who treated with utmost respect. I didn't know what to expect as this was my 1st time doing anything to my eyelashes. When I woke up after she was finished the procedure I was so happy with how she had transformed my eyelashes and I felt beautiful. Never expected to have 'lash nap' but the procedure is pain free and the ambience inside the room is so comfortable so it was easy to fall asleep. Julia had even asked if I wanted a blanket. Smart woman she brought me the softest most soothing blanket that it was so easy to relax while listening to soothing music that I fell asleep withing a few minutes once the procedure started. I highly recommend this salon if you are considering getting eyelash treatment. They offer other svcs which are all on their website. I am definitely following up when needed to keep my lashes looking this way. The compliments I've received hsve been nice to hear. I no longer need mascara which is a huge benefit. Give yourself a gift this holiday season and make an appt. You will be wondering why you didn't do it sooner. I certainly was. Thankyou Julia I'll be back.

I can't say enough great things about this lash studio. I have been getting my lashes done regularly by Amy and she always does a fabulous job. This past week I had an appointment on the Monday that I couldn't make and they allowed me to move it to the Tuesday to accommodate my schedule. This time I got Nina and she was also incredible and I LOVE my lashes. I play music full time so my lashes add to my stage look and save me so much time in makeup application. I'm playing a festival this weekend and I'm so thankful they were able to shift things around so I can have fresh lashes. My favourite lash studio I have ever been to and I have tried so many in Ottawa and in Edmonton before they opened this second location and had more availability. Thank you Beauty Time! <3

My second time getting a lash lift, first time at this location. Booking online is super easy and the staff is very friendly as well, both before and during my appointment (continously checking to make sure my eyes are okay, making you feel comfortable, explaining parts of the process). However my lash lift was not done evenly; one eye was more curled than the other and in the weeks that followed, as the lift wore off it looked rather damaged for one and not the other. I'm not sure I'd go back for a lash lift, as the perm solution used does not agree with my lashes, but the establishment and staff is amazing and I might return to explore their other services.

I don't usually leave reviews on google, however Ashley our lash tech has done such a fantastic job of mine and my 3 teen daughters lashes I couldn't not review her service. Ashley is such a sweet, kind person. She really cares for her clients and goes the extra mile to listen to exactly what it is your asking for. She took her time and made sure all four of us looked beautiful when we left. To say we are happy with Ashley is an understatement. She was fantastic! The girls and I fully intend on returning to her regularly to have our lashes filled. We're grateful to have you so close to home, we'll see you again soon! Thank you again for being awesome!

Today was my first appointment with Amy Nguyen at the NEW Beauty Time Kanata location. (Right across from Farm Boy on Hazeldean) I am absolutely thrilled with my new Classic 2D lashes. They are perfect! Amy took the time to ask my preference for length, feel, weight, even asked me about the shape. She then took the time to clean my lashes and explain the importance of cleaning them. I’ve had eyelash extensions many times before but nowhere near the caring and professional experience I had today. Congratulations on your new location opening, I wish you all the best! Great experience, staff is very friendly and customer service is extraordinary !! Since I got my lashes done at their Barrhaven location I have been going back to them and no one else, their work is so professional, clean and beautiful! Lashes are always on point! I’m very happy they opened a location in Kanata cause it is so convenient as I live closer to this location, definitely recommend them !! As a bonus they have a very cute waiting room perfect for “the gram”

I have been going to beauty time since they first opened in Barrhaven. I love the staff and the service. The quality of their work is always top notch. Every technician that has done my lashes was great and attentive. I was super excited when I heard that Beauty Time is opening a second location in Kanata. I recommend this location as all the technicians are experienced and provide an amazing end result. My lashes always look perfect every single time I get them done!

My friend introduced me to come here to experience it, just take a nap for more than two hours and open your eyes, you will get a surprise. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the music is very relaxing. The chair allows me to sleep all day because it is so comfortable. The staff are all very kind and friendly.After a few days, they will contact me to follow up on their service opinion.I truly loved come this place , the best lash experience I've ever ❤️

This place is amazing. I've been going to the location in Barrhaven for more than a year and my lashes have always been perfect, no matter which technician. I've gone to the Kanata location a couple of times now when I couldn't get an appointment in Barrhaven and the quality is the exact same! Perfect lashes every single time, great relaxing vibe and some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen. Definitely recommend both locations wholeheartedly.

Update I was allergic to the glue they use. This is a rare teaction that sadly occurred with me. Management contacted me immediately. Was apologetic and gave a full refund. She also have me the name of the glue. Which will be helpful if I decide to get it done again. This place has a relaxing atmosphere and they are all professionals. Sad for me that I had a reaction to theur glue. I wish them all the best and thank them for their help.

I’ve gone to this place twice so far and I plan on continuing to come back to get my lash extensions done. The atmosphere is so relaxing, you sit in these big comfy chairs and there’s no harsh lighting when your appointment is done. I’ve gotten my lashes done by Amy twice and she always does a phenomenal job. Very gentle, I almost fall asleep during my appointment. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great experience! I have been three times and have been thrilled with the out come. I really enjoy Amy, she does a great job, makes you feel comfortable and has a touch like an Angel. I love how my lashes last and look natural. I also love how they send a follow up text to follow up on their service. You do not see that very often at all. Most businesses customer service ends when you pay them.

Karly Lac is the sweetest as well as being such a skilled technician! She is the most gentle lash technician I have encountered over the years and her work is perfect every time! The other occasions I have booked with other techs have also been great experiences - there’s consistency among techs in their training, skill and gentleness. Customer service is also great - very lovely staff!

I have been to this place twice and was not happy with the results. Both times many lashes fell off the first day. This latest time, almost all the set has fallen off by the end of the first week. I had a reaction to the glue that I have never had before with any other place and I have been getting false lashes for many years now. The staff is very nice but I would not recommend.

Mini is an amazing lash technician. She has a customer for life in me I have a mix of Russian 3D and 4D done every 3 weeks my eyes look sultry every time. Retention is good and get so many compliments by women on my lashes. Nini hives the best tips for retention and care afterwards. Facility in Hazeldean is super clean and the spa like experience is very relaxing.

This is the best lash salon in Ottawa. The staff are so friendly and always go above and beyond expectations. Nini, in particular is not only a fantastic high quality lash tech she is also very sweet and always does exactly what I ask for. I was originally a client of the Barrhaven location, but tried the Kanata location when it first opened. I now see Amy regularly, she does such a great job and is very quick. I also like seeing Karly at this location. A fair price, good reward program and clean facility are also a plus. I wouldn't go anywhere other then Beauty Time!

I have gotten my eyelashes extensions done here by Amy for the last few months and have always had an amazing experience! Very comfortable chairs and atmosphere. Everyone is so sweet and they will always text you to follow up on your appointments. My lashes after even 3 and a half week still look good and I 100% recommend to anyone!

Got my lash extensions done with Nini for a special occasion and loved them so much that I keep going back! She does an amazing job and also makes really good recommendations for lash care and other services I may like without pressuring me. I’ve also had to reschedule a few appointments and they were super accommodating with that.

The new Kanata location is just as good as the Barrhaven! Exceptional service and work each time. Highly recommend! Side note: these lashes are SO good that they survived three straight days of crying without even reaching the 48 hour mark (for me it was 28 hours). Literally shed like three lashes. I’m beyond impressed

I’ve been getting my lashes done at Beautytime for a few years now and I just went to their newest location. As always, I loved my set!!! They turned out so beautiful. I recently got a 4D wispy cat eye before travelling to Europe and they lasted almost 2 months with good care!! Best lashes in Ottawa!

I had a wonderful experience at BeautyTime in Kanata. Amy explained what she was doing, asked if I was comfortable, and did a wonderful job at lifting my eyelashes. (I had eyelash extensions for years, so my eyelashes are very thin and brittle) Amy made my eyelashes look long and healthy again!

I have been going here for 6 months now and it’s absolutely my favourite lash salon by far. Not only is it adorable and an aesthetically pleasing environment, they do AMAZING work!! My eyelashes last 5-6 weeks each time before I book my next appointments! 12/10 for sure :)
