Manicure was ruined when I returned home from getting them done. Member of staff who did my manicure told me my nails were too short for gels so proceeded with normal varnish. After sitting with my hands under the dryer for 40 minutes a separate member of staff noticed the previous lady had used a gel top coat rather than a regular top coat. Instead of the lady who made the mistake apologising and dealing with her mistake she let someone else deal with it. One nail had smudged by this point so she repainted this nail and cured the gel top coat under the UV light. Since coming home I have noticed two nails have smudged after being cured. I don't expect to have to pay out yet another £20 to get my nails RE-DONE a day after having them done. I have never had this problem at any other nail shop and have had manicures cheaper elsewhere with more professional staff. I have only had my eyebrows and nails done at Beauty 4 You, my eyebrows have always been fine but nails have been better elsewhere and have lasted better else where. Will not be returning or recommending.

Don't even deserve one star. Awful unprofessional service. PLEASE DO NOT USE SERVICE. Today went there to jave my eyebrow the therpist called Minaxi, she messed up with my eyebrows clearly told her before to please do not thin and make it nicely tidy. While she was doing my eybrows she left me to answer call as i think they don't have reception... Anyways when i saw my ebrows it was completely ruined and she making excuses ohhhh... you have gap in your eyebrows etc. And when i asked her need to speak to you manager she said not here so i said any senoir therapist you have she said Not here then i asked her i need your manager contact number she rudely said we don't give number and pointing on door saying copy that email and contact. After all their unprofessional service and rude customer service she charged me. My advice to salon owner to hire professional fully trained qualified therpist who know how to serve customers in professional manner.

Shocking service, been going here for years but now after this experience their customer service is very poor and I definitely will not be returning...had my eye brows done and they left my eye brows with more hair at the top then the bottom, the way the lady done it she left me with blood spots and the redness was unbelievable when I told her I wasn’t happy with it and I wanted them to sort it out all she wanted to do was blame me and raising her voice instead of listening how she can fix it.

Don’t even deserve one star. I went in to get my upper lip and chin waxed as my usual place was busy. They scarred my face. I went to complain the next day and the woman said she couldn’t refund me or compensate. Also said the owner wasn’t in and they didn’t know when she would come. They gave me an email and I was told I would get a reply but it’s been over 2 months and still haven’t heard anything back. Worst thing was I had an event to go to 2 days after this and I was left embarrassed!

Been coming to this place for years always had a good experience. As usual asked for dark brown tintin and threading. Mentioned before that I don’t like my eyebrows thin. Lady was more interested in swapping the floor than doing my eyebrows! End it up with thin brows in a totally different shape than before and they don’t even look the same! Right different shape than the left one! Horrible! Just awful! Not even sure how to fix them now!!!!!!

I've been going to this place for my eyebrows for 5 years. It has now become shambles since most of the staff had been replaced. They've misshapen my eyebrows now twice! With one arched straight and the other curved? I also had an event that evening to which I had to run and go buy a brow pencil to fix their mistake because nothing can be done. I'm currently walking around with a mess on my face. Great service!

I recently went to this store to get my eyebrows threaded, I don’t usually trust anyone to do my eyebrows but one of the ladies working there called Sweety did my eyebrows and I loved how she shaped my eyebrows. I will definitely be going here to get my eyebrows done by this lady again as she was kind and trustworthy. She takes her time and does her work effortlessly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Do not go here!!! Supposed to open 9:30 they put a sign up saying “back at 10” at gone 10 the lady is strolling around the shop with the door shut making no effort to hurry to open the door for customers. Very disappointed. you’re better off going to the hair and beauty shop next door! Which I did and had my brows done wonderfully by the lady at the back of the store! Very quickly for a cheaper price!!!

In two occasions they give me bad information about how many times the treatment I want was supposed to be done. Only when you have already booked first session and payed the girl told you supposed to come three times per week.. when I complain the girl was rude. I guess treatments are fine and the place for look very clean and nice but be sure you ask about everything and you have written down.

I had really great service. I was seen asap. I was a walk in. The wax was painless and quick. A little expensive but it was hot wax so was worth it- Overall really happy. This will most likely be my new go to place for Waxing. Also the place was spotless and the lovely lady wore glovws which i have been to many places and they dont do that. Thank you see you soon.

I had a shellac pedicure, eyebrow threading and upper lip wax this afternoon which was done by a lovely lady called Sweetie. She was my therapist a few weeks ago for waxing and she was gentle then She is excellent and so professional. I will always request her for my treatments Thanks Sweetie, my pedicure was amazing.

Minaxi is an amazing lady. Every time I book or walk in. I always asked for her especially. She is kind, caring, attentive to details. She makes you feel confident and at ease. Ive been to many places to treat my facial hair but maniki never made me feel ugly. She makes me feel proud of myself....

Worst Salon I have been to. Its overpriced and the staff are not so welcoming. Charging £10 for just threading eyebrows and upper lip is a bit too much . The fact that they dont have basic utentisils such as a tweezer..is annoying ! Would never recommend this salon to anyone I know for sure!

The worst service ever. People working there make you feel like they are paying you not you pay them. Whoever owns this place should look into who they recruit to speak to customers because the people there would do anything to push you away. Very unhelpful and rude and unprofessional.

Salon situated in the treaty centre so very convenient whilst shopping. Been going to the salon for a few years now. has recently become slightly overpriced recently but only ever book with Minaxi who is great and takes a lot of care with all treatments. Highly recommend Minaxi!!

They do the job just like other parlours but on vey unaffordable price. They bloody charge £4.50 just to tidy eyebrows whereas I pay £3 for the same thing at a parlour right next to them. Full face wax for £18 when I pay £10 somewhere else. Plus very unfriendly staff.

I have been going to Beauty 4 You fore many many years and have always had a good service when it came to my waxing. 95% of the time I am seen by Ida who is great! She is skilled and fast with her waxing technique and makes sure all the hairs are removed.

I go there every month for a hot wax. Experience depends on who is doing the wax, my usual lady is very nice and gentle (can't remember her name) compared to two other ladies that have done mine when my wax lady was not there.

Do not deserve a single star.. Just got my nails done a few hours ago and it’s already peeling off after my shower. So disappointed!! Should’ve known when I noticed an old nail paint being used. Waste of time and money!!

Expensive but not everyone is trained to the standards. Last wed I got my eyebrows and upperlips. It was very bad and on insisting she was talking irrelevant stuff. Very dissappointed for the money u pay.

Their pedicure with shellac is so bad.. the shellac paint is so far away from my nails it looks like I left them for 2 weeks and grown out.. my cuticles are still there .. really "great" service …

They don't take appointments for treading, so you need to wait in line, but while you are waiting other people go ahead of you because they have appointments. Don't recommend not professional!!!!
