TWO BAD EXPERIENCES WONT BE MAKING IT A THIRD…. I don’t normally give reviews but I felt like I had to cause I left unhappy with my treatment for the 2nd time NOT going to make it a third; Treatment: Hollywood Wax (been waxing for years) The last time I went the lady left me burnt n sore for days cause she went over the same spots more than twice (trained waxer’s know that is a no go). Also instead of starting bottom upwards to avoid hair pull she started from the top and NOT in the direction of my hair growth. On top of that she Threaded my hair (weird) my hair is NOT HARD TO CLEANLY WAX. This 2nd time AGAIN only TWO people in store working (Manager and Worker). I told the manger about me last experience and she asked if it was the worker standing there and honestly I didn’t remember until I got in the room and she started waxing. (I’m 7months pregnant) this time she did cool down the wax but again the job she did was poor and still inexperienced. She went over sensitive areas 4-5 times with Hot Wax AND Strip wax and then said the only way she could get rid of the hair she was about to leave (if I didn’t feel it) was to again THREAD MY HAIR…. And to think at the end that’s when the manger wanted to tell me the price £40 which was higher than what I paid the last two times I went to that shop….. wouldn’t recommend and not going there AGAIN.

SCAM!! Disgraceful marketing tactic to atract customers! They advertise promotion prices through a 3rd party provider, this being the only reason why I choose this beauty salon! However, when I enquired about the advertised discount they said  that it won't apply because the services I was looking for had already been on discount therefore they won't be able to apply a further reduction! I still went ahead with my booking cause being new in Romford I'm trying to find a good salon. Now, after the appointment, when checking the website I realise this was utterly a lie! Pedicure - full price £35. When I was told pedi is discounted from £40 to £35. Same applied for the other services. This salon is reported to the scheme provider that they use to mislead B.L. card holders. In terms of the services - eyelash extentions, horrible, they look very cheap and scruffy, as if I had them done a month before. One eye doesn't look like the other. Eyebrow tint - it looked like I had 2 sausages drawn on my face by the time she was done with me. Very, very, very thick eyebrows! I asked her for brown tint cause I am blonde, she went and applied whatever she thought suitable, that being black! One thing I was pleased with was pedicure, the lady doing it was very careful and  gentle. DISHONEST!

Best Salon I’ve ever been to! I was recommended by a friend and I am so happy that they’ve recommended me this salon. Have been getting my eyebrows done with her even before she opened the salon, honestly the best. She shapes your eyebrows beautifully and is very patient and gentle with the way she does it, and the tint is amazing. Very natural looking. She takes good care of you, very nice and gentle. The best customer service. Every time I come here with my boyfriend we get offered water or coffee. Honestly would recommend to anyone who wants to try their services. I also recommended my mum, she came in to dye her hair and for a cut. She was very pleased with it! 10/10 Salon would definitely recommend to anyone who is hesitant on trying something new. Great customer service, the whole team take good care of you and also have a very wide range of services that they offer from eyebrow waxing to sun beds and massages at great and affordable prices too!

Absolutely appalled, went to this shop to have my nails done after spending hundreds of pounds on other treatments under the impression I was placing my money in good hands. The acrylic wasn’t done properly and after 3 days they had all snapped off. They gave me an appointment to get them redone but due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t make up. I politely called today outlining the severity of the situation and the response I got was disgusting. First they lied and said they was fully booked and then upon further conversation he responded it’s his business and he just doesn’t want to do them. After explaining further my PERSONAL situation he abruptly replied I just don’t want to do them and that’s it.. after all the custom and money I have spend on this shop I am utterly shocked and disappointed with they’re response to my sensitive situation. £35 for nails for 3 days appealed !!

I managed to get a last minute appointment and was so glad I did. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage ambience was just right Amar the therapist was very attentive and kept checking with me if the pressure was correct in a professional manner would recommend her with no hesitation. The lady on the reception desk was very polite. I’m looking forward to my next treatment. Please try for yourself and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed please try to keep all these small businesses open or else we will have no where to go soon we have to patronise them to give them the chance to survive these difficult times. They do lots of different beauty treatments I was amazed.

I came here at the weekend for a gel manicure at the recommendation of all the positive reviews seen here on Google and on Treatwell. My £35 gel manicure chipped after less than 24 hours. So(!) disappointing!!! All they could offer me was to re-do it again. Why would I want it redone if it chipped the first time after less than 24 hours? I wanted a part refund, to which he adamantly refused. So here’s my honest review. There are better places out there to get your nails done which last longer than 24 hours and are cheaper!

I've been getting fillers & botox for years now and it was by far the best results I've ever had... Waz is the best Injector I've come across, he's really got some skills, he knows what he’s doing and really does the magic. Considering I've been to some high end places but Beautifly was by the best I have found my regular place, I even brought my sister and a couple of friends here and they're very happy... Highly recommended…..

I have been using (Beauty Therapist) The salon Manager previously for past 5 years before she opened her salon. She is excellent at the treatments she does. Explains everything step by step and very thorough. She very honest with what treatments you need. This salon is very neat, tidy and clean. Amazing staff. Very friendly and go out the extra mile to be helpful. Can't wait to see my Laser results. Keep up the good work

I visited this salon for the first time today and saw Ani for a pedicure and an eyebrow thread. The pedicure was very relaxing and the eyebrows she did a great job with also. Ani was very thorough, explained other treatments to me well and was generally just lovely to speak to. I look forward to returning soon for a massage and other treatments. I left feeling fresh & content, keep up the good work :-)

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and asked for French tips.. They are very much not what I was expecting from an old established “salon” I felt bad for saying anything at first, however I was forced to pay for a service I was completely unhappy about. Do not go here to get your nails done, photos attached - they are thick, uneven and are not even straight! £30 down the drain.

I had a wonderful experience at Beautifly. It’s beautifully decorated, with 5 star service. I’ve been going to the owner as my beautician for years, and was so excited when she opened her own business. She has always been very professional, knowledgable and courteous. My only regret is that I didn’t book myself in for a pedicure! But I will definitely be going back to get one :)

Just on the off the chance visited this place the couple who own it are very welcoming and inviting as well as accommodating. I had a pedicure and the man who gave me the pedicure was very thorough and the foot massage at the end almost put me to sleep it was so relaxing. Been to Beautifly 3 or 4 times now for fat freezing. Just had fat freezing again today on my stomach with Amar. I can really see the difference after a few sessions now on my stomach. Lovely salon, with a warm & welcoming team! I’ve used this salon many times since they opened and will never go anywhere else! They are professional, fast, and very friendly! Rude unmanned women have no idea how to speak to clients with that attitude your shop should be closed no wonder it was empty lol not surprising and shop in same vicinity had no place to sit if you have no customer service skills rule no one shut ur shop learn how to speak with your clients otherwise do not open shops

Had a 30 minute facial here and it was amazing! I was made to feel very relaxed and even dozed off for minute. My skin feels amazing and really soft. Will definitely return for the longer hour facial! Staff are wonderful and so kind, they can’t do enough for you. Will be back and can’t wait to try more treatments!

Shocking experience. Went to have gel removed. Ruined nails filed them down so much they are red and thinner than paper, the manager has offered a voucher of the price paid due to no refund policy. I wouldn’t waste your money or time. Why would you return to a place that had ruined your nails??

Had a good experience here last October. Two of us went for the hammam, massage, and manicures. The shower was a little.cold after the hammam but the staff were great about it, and it was a new treatment. Would go back for another mini spa day.

Can't believe they charged £18 for a 4 yr old to have 2 inches cut off her hair..didnt know before,and had been charged £8 previously. Looked on website says from £15 ,so what exactly in 2 inches of a 4 yr old hair takes it up 3 pound more.
