To the old lady that works behind the counter… Don’t act like a know it all when you don’t have the correct information! Twice now I have been told by her abruptly that a certain medication or disposables were “out of stock everywhere and you won’t find it.” Well guess what, found it at a pharmacy up the road. Maybe time to retire?

Prices are absurdly high (paid $38 for codral and bisolvon the other day) plus I submitted a script at 11.55am for delivery within the next 4 hours - I called after 8pm asking where it is, they said they had no record of it being a delivery order and that there was a delivery charge for after 5pm. Never shopping here again.

The pricing of this chemist is ridiculous. I have a weekly prescription that costs $7 at Chemist Warehouse, $10 at Discount Pharmacy in Boronia and a whopping $28 here. 4 times the price? Shopped here as it was local to me and wanted the convenience, however with that kind of exorbitant pricing I will never return.

AVOID THIS PLACE. My dad went in for diabetic strips (usual price $7). The Chemist tried to charge $70 without a NDSS card and $15 with the card. Dad went back home to get the card and got a different person who charged $7. Absolute disgrace.

Great price for Rapid Antigen Tests even before the laws around price gouging came into effect. Staff called us as soon as the tests came in after we went on a wait list for them and then the girl at the counter took the time to explain how

So bloody expensive!! I couldn't get a product that was out of stock in my usual chemist so came here- i just price checked at my usual chemist and i just spent $40 more than the other pharmacy for 4 items. Never going here again

Terrible service by male pharmacist. Kind counter lady. However the prices in this pharmacy are outrageous. For example, my usual medicine cost $6 at chemist warehouse and they charged $25 here at Bayswater, same brand exactly.

Save you money go elsewhere the owner is money hungry man that charged us thousands extra for out of date stock he done this to me and my partner stay away save your self money and being hurt by someone you trust.

I had to phone the pharmacist after hours for advice on a prescription drug for my child. The pharmacist was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and very happy to help. Feeling very grateful and relieved!

Went in to get a generic PBS prescription filled out, they wanted to charge me nearly $22 when other pharmacies charge a third of that! Definitely shop elsewhere for your prescriptions!

If you are having a severe asthma attack don't ask them for help unless you have money they will show you the door and not even offer to call an ambulance for you

These guys are slow at answering the phone. Sometimes they don't pick up and you have to call multiple times in a row.
