The worst company ever, stay away from them. I have given my car for a major service it’s supposed to be a pick up from my location but i was surprised when i saw they send a driver to drive my car, but this is just the beginning. In the evening i was called and given a few things to be changed in the car and i was told that my AC was perfect no need to add gas till now everything was fine till i get another msg in Whatss saying they crashed my car while doing a test drive and told that’s normal it happens i was furious bcz i know the hassle of having you car fixed and the waste of money bcause you need a car whil yourse is getting fixed. They said it’s not their fault and we had to wait for the police report which was applied by the other side, they said we will wait for a week if i don’t get anything their driver will go to the police station and get it himself, got my car back noticed the AC isn’t working properly but it wasn’t my concern in that time, for the report i ended up waiting almost 20 days and they always tell me tomorrow. Finally i got the report it was sent to me at 10:30pm without saying anything when i asked what now the answer was go to your insurance they will tell you where to fix it, short story it means there is nothing they can do for me i asked to speak to a manager, called the customer service and waited for 2 days for someone to call me back the call was useless i have been told they will call me back never happened, i went to their garage asked for a manager i was told they don’t have one let wait for a while till someone came i had to tell my story again from the beginning they said they are going to check the AC which appeared being less in gas after being told there was nothing wrong with it, asked what are they going to do with the accident they said nothing bcz its not their fault after getting mad they offered me a free car wash yes a free car wash i was speechless i wanted my car back and not dealing with them anymore, the second technician who checked the AC said there is nothing Wrong with it they just did put gas i asked for the report the previous one and the new one until now i didn’t get it i have called them many time saying they send it now but nothing, last call they told me your AC had a leak but the technician said there is nothing, they are lying in everything not sending the report so i won’t have any proof against them, they are treating their client like stupid. But im not going to stop here

Beware Beware Beware!! I ordered a VARTA battery as a replacement for my original battery for my Audi A7 from them. The sweet talking WhatsApp chat let me to believe that this is all genuine. Images of the actual battery were shared with me and it looked all good. I was offered 18 months warranty and the price was 950. After missing the appointment by 2.5 hours one old dilapidated pickup came to my house with what looked like a graveyard of batteries in the cargo area. The technician after going through the entire mess finally located what looked like a worn out box. He very smartly removed the battery quickly from the box and tried to install it on my car. I obviously suspected and asked him to remove the red plastic which he had put very smartly to cover the battery terminals. And I was shocked to see that the terminals were heavily used and this was a USED battery. The body of the battery was also worn out in places. I have attached pictures. What a SCAM!!! On questioning him he said “I will get a fresh one”. So this says it all. Messages to the WhatsApp chat after this were non responsive as expected. In summary a scam, beware and use the more reliable battery delivery companies.

I purchased 2 batteries for my 2 cars in April 2022. I was very happy with the service and the guidance received to select the best batteries. I remember I never asked for cheap batteries and I selected a Bosch which should be a very good brand. The warranty was 12 months, nevertheless, even in a harsh environment like Dubai, good batteries last for at least 3 years. The previous battery was still the original Toyota battery which lasted 6 years! Now, 6th of December 2023 the battery is already gone and we need to replace it again. Needless to say that the warranty is expired and Battmobile has no obligation, nevertheless when you spend more money you expect better quality, which for a battery means longer duration. I could have purchased a cheap battery still with one year warranty and for sure would have lasted similar to the Bosch. Needless to say that I will not trust anymore the services of Battmobile and I want to share my experience and understand if mine was only an unfortunate case.

I was deeply disappointed by their service. Despite their high prices, their professionalism and expertise are severely lacking. After paying a substantial amount for a contract, I was surprised to find additional hidden charges for services that seemed unnecessary. Most distressingly, even after these services, my car's issues were not resolved. The problems persisted, leading me to believe that the repairs were either superficial or not done at all. Consequently, I had to take my car to another garage for proper repairs, which only added to my expenses and frustration. Their approach to customer service is equally disheartening. I am now considering reaching out to the consumer protection agency to file a complaint about this establishment. My experience at their service shop was utterly unsatisfactory, and I strongly advise against using their services.

I can’t thank BATT MOBILE enough! I came across them a couple of years ago, when I ran out of battery and ended up getting a service package which gave me a free battery and five vehicle services without limited duration. Because of how excellent they have been, I now got a second package for my second vehicle. The convenience, quality of workmanship, knowledge and skill level is what convinced me to remain loyal to this business I highly recommend anyone to check out BATT MOBILE for battery and vehicle service packages. The on-site service is the winner for me!

Second consecutive day and my agony continues. Mr Osman requested me to delete my previous review and promised his service team will contact me. I am waiting since yesterday and till now no body called from service team. And call center just says we will do "asap". Its a minor service only. I dont know why this is happening. I hope other reviews are genuine and its only me who is experiencing this.

I had a terrible experience. I’ve been waiting for my service for about a week, even though when I bought the membership, they promised it within the next 2 days. The car has already covered the allotted 500 km. There is still no date set for service, and the consultant said I have to wait another week. The service team ignores my calls and messages, and refunds are not possible, of course. Bravo!

The best non agency repair center in dubai! My car broke down twice due to battery and fuse issues. On both occasions Usman Khan the assistant manager has assisted me and I have experienced the care and service similar to the official dealerships! They were honest on car diagnosis and shows you that they are not only interested on one time business, they want to retain you. Highly recommended!

I experienced a sudden car breakdown due to a battery issue and, on a whim, called a service I found on Google. Their swift response got them to my location within an hour, and they efficiently replaced my 70AH battery with a 72AH one, assuring me it wouldn't cause any problems.
