I've been doing few reno projects. The guys have been so helpful. I've been using this Mitre 10 for 17 years as I've always loved nearby. I love it. So I ordered a lovely outdoor setting from them online. Good price. Excellent quality. However when I phoned on delivery day to check it was coming. They said no it wasn't. The store manager rang me back and brought it to me on his UTE within the hour. And he wouldn't even take the very reasonable $25 delivery fee. Excellent customer service, products and advice. Thank you

I went in today with a not straightforward problem with a timer on a watering system. Niall (I may have the spelling wrong) from horticulture section was an absolute legend. Spent time with me to ensure I got the solution I needed and was extremely helpful. Took a lot of pride in his work and ensured I left with all of my needs met and a very happy customer. Very warm and friendly staff! This is my first time shopping in this store, the purpose is to buy masks. Because their masks are cheaper than other, there is no inventory on the shelves. The enthusiastic staff assisted me in searching for a long time, because their system showed that there were 3 stocks but they were not sure whether it was accurate. Finally helped me find it! Thank you very much and highly recommend!

Rocked up 15 minutes before closing, show staff what I want to buy. Staff check on system out of stock. One of the staff “Will” immediately says if youre not particular with the design we may have an alternative for that and voila. Went home, fit the product. And it is indeed a perfect fit. Thanks Will and the rest of the staff for the knowledge and assistance.

Great set out of the place, easy to find things. The garden centre is gorgeous and has so many selections of plants, it was hard to choose just one (so I bought multiple ). The staff were very lovely and helpful. One of the staff members, Montana, was very great and helped me pick out the things I needed and also gave lovely conversation.

Great Service Here. knowledgeable, friendly & polite staff always around and on hand to assist with queries and info, and go the extra mile helping the elderly load things into their cars. When you order something they follow up. Easy parking + drive through for bulky items. Top Local business, highly recommended.

Very helpful staff in the garden centre. I needed a larger pot for my indoor plant that wasn't made in China (personal choice). The staff were able to advise me of the pots made elsewhere and how to best care for my indoor plants. Prices for pots were very good too.

One of the best hardware stores in Adelaide. You can basically rebuild a house or the garden with the stuff at the store. Very friendly staff, willing to help as a customer enters the store. Ample parking available.

In some ways like you used to be treated years ago. Staff show genuine interest and approach you. That's amazing! Very friendly and great range of products and expertise! I'll be back!
